also known as A. Nicholas Clifford, Nick Clifford
I'm Nick Clifford, and I'm an attorney from Raleigh, North Carolina. I'm a Raleigh native, and I've spent my entire life building relationships and trust throughout my community. I'm licensed in Florida and North Carolina and I've practiced in both state and federal court in the areas of criminal, administrative, and immigration law. We represent students and other members of the community whenever and wherever they need us. We have also recently began accepting workers' compensation and catastrophic injury cases.
I believe in a system of justice, and I know that each and every case is unique - and I'll treat them that way. I believe the most important aspect of the attorney-client relationship is trust - and I'll do everything I can to build that trust, and to achieve the best possible result for you and your family.
Before practicing law, I attended North Carolina State University, where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Then I focused on a Juris Doctor at Florida State University's College of Law. I became licensed to practice and served as Assistant Regional Counsel, gaining experience representing clients faced with both misdemeanors and felonies - from traffic offenses to first degree murder.
After practicing in the state and federal courts of Florida and Texas, I moved back to Raleigh and founded Clifford Law Group with my wife, Veronica Bayo Clifford. We've dedicated out practice to proving the highest quality of professional legal cousel to the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. I'm an active member of several legal groups, including NORML, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the American Bar Association, which helps me to stay updated on current legal issues.
When faced with a legal issue, the other side will have a team of dedicated attorneys - you should too. Call me anytime - 24/7. I'll be your advocate.

Charged with Misdemeanor Assault on a Female
Two months after I moved out of N. Carolina, I was contacted by an ex-girlfriend who had decided to claim to the police that I assaulted her eight months prior. I went into a frenzy of searching through criminal defense lawyers, and was struck by the incompetence that I found. Additionally, the dis...

Understanding
Dispute having a crazy deadline, he was the only attorney who was willing to help, called back, and was very sympathetic. He did exactly what I wanted, even though that was a bit more work. I would recommend him to anyone!
