He submitted a Memorandum of Law to the court prior to my son's hearing. It was superbly written. It was obvious the judge was lending toward dismissing my son's case (assuming based upon the Memorandum), before real questioning of the attorneys began. Although, the judge was very fair and almost begged the opposing attorney to refute the Memorandum with argument and evidence...he could not. Attorney Komisar gained the respect from the judge.
