My practice includes criminal defense and traffic matters, personal injury, and wage claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act or the North Carolina Wage & Hour Act. I emphasize criminal defense and specifically enjoy drug trafficking cases and defending protesters. I will occasionally represent employees who have been wrongfully terminated or need counseling regarding employment contracts or disputes.
I am admitted to practice in all North Carolina state courts, Washington state courts (inactive status), the Eastern District of North Carolina Federal Court, the Western District of North Carolina, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Western District of Washington Federal Court.

Excellent Representation!
