Jessica Marie Erickson

South Sound attorney Jessica M. Erickson is a compassionate and determined trial lawyer, who currently focuses her practice in the complex area of mental health law.  Prior to 2018, she represented businesses and individuals who had been injured or victimized by others. She focused her practice in the area of complex litigation, representing, among others, victims of childhood sexual abuse against entities such as the Catholic Church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, the State of Washington, and the Boy Scouts of America.

After graduating with honors from Central Washington University with a double major in Philosophy and Religious Studies and Law & Justice, and living abroad for a handful of years, Jes attended Seattle University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. While at Seattle University, Jes was involved in Law Review, serving as Executive Editor for Lead Articles.  In 2012, Jes received the Distinguished Alumni Award for the Department of Philosophy at Central Washington University, and has since sat on the Advisory Board for CWU’s College of Arts and Humanities.
