I am honored to be able to provide full-service legal representation to the East Plateau area of Pierce County.  For more than 25 years, our office has been a steady presence here in Bonney Lake.  I practiced for more than 10 years with Hal Geiersbach, who was lucky enough to retire in June 2013,  offering experience in real estate, contracts and business planning, personal injury, bankruptcy, estate planning and trust work, probate, and civil litigation.

I have lived in Pierce County my entire life and am deeply connected to the members of our community.  My husband, Chris, and I have a son in college, as well as two children in the Puyallup School District.  We spend our free time coaching youth soccer and softball and, when we can get away, fishing and exploring the Washington coast.

Excellent service, excellent people
My wife and I engaged Shannon to do our wills, advance directives, and durable power of attorney documents. Shannon skillfully determined our situation, needs, and wishes and she and her wonderful staff provided a package of perfectly-executed documents. Very pleased with counsel from Ms. Shannon Kraft
My family and I engaged Ms Kraft and her firm to advise us about several large real estate transactions involving some complicated strategy. She gave us good advice and surely saved me potential legal problems in the future. She carefully reviewed several Purchase Agreements and helped me close on two sales. I give her my highest recommendation. I am an MD, Ivy League college educated, but of course know nothing about real estate, and so I really appreciated Shannon's competence and professionalism.

We chose to forgo real estate agents and hire an attorney to verify the contract. Shannon was professional, VERY knowledgable and scrutinized every detail. I was very impressed, and that's saying a lot for a guy that trusts no one.

Business Contracts
I found Ms. Shannon Kraft to be extremely knowledgeable and amenable to get together later in the day and at an alternate location to assist in meeting my busy schedule. I am involved in three businesses and all three now use Ms. Kraft as their legal representation.

Estate Planning
Not only have I utilized Ms. Shannon Kraft for my estate planning but I recommended her to family and friends. She has now completed at least four estate plannings of friends or family based upon my recommendation. In turn, those that have utilized Ms. Kraft have recommended her to their family and friends. She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, warm and caring.

Professional and knowledgeable
I used Ms. Kraft's services for estate planning, and my wife has used her services for other legal matters, including bankruptcy and problems with our local school district. During these times, we have found her to be easy to talk to, very knowledgeable concerning many areas of the law, and wonderful at communicating with us.
