Dismissed case

Excellent job at a VERY affordable rate! I couldn't find another law office in town that would even handle my case at the rate that they gave me. They got my case dismissed for having no insurance (although I did at the time of my plates being taken AND my car being impounded), so there are no court ...costs, fees, or anything. Simply the easiest process ever. If (and I do mean a BIG if) I have an issue in Wake County again, I will be calling this company. Thank you guys for doing what you said you'd do. I recommend this office to everyone!

Horrible Service

I hired them to handle getting my charges expunged. After paying them it took them almost 3 years to do anything. I followed up several times and was given the run around. Even when asked to speak to someone higher up I was sent right back to the same legal assistant. They submitted papers for proces...s but never followed through on anything. I finally became fed up and they refunded my money with no explanation. I wasted 3 years and lost out on many things due to not having this cleared up in a timely manner as they promised. I understand these things take some time but this was over board.

I have no way to know who posted this message so it's difficult to reply. I believe you are a client who paid us for an expungement and then never responded to years of calls, letters and emails. We need to have signed and notarized affidavits in order to file certain expungement and I believe you are someone who never replied to any calls, emails and letters. We never received the signed affidavits and could not proceed without them. I am always available to speak to any clients and would be happy to speak with you any time should you have questions about your case.

Trustworthy and effective!

I had two old charges I had no idea about that turned into a very sudden and serious headache - Mr. Nickel was very straightforward about what the deciding factors would be, and what it would most likely cost out-of-pocket. Due to holidays and court schedules the earliest anything could get done wou...ld be Tuesday. Tuesday at noon I get a call informing me that "both charges have actually been dismissed; thank you, and have a good day!" I will not hesitate to call him if (when) anything pops up in the future. Also, in case you're cynical, no - I was not compensated or discounted for this review in the slightest. The only time the word 'review' was even uttered was when I asked the assistant at the end of our conversation where I could leave one.

THE BEST LAW FIRM I HAVE EVER HIRED!!

Professional, Affordable Representation with Outstanding Results

Following receipt of a rather excessive speeding violation, and after comparing a multitude of qualified professionals, I hired Mr. Nickel's firm for representation in Wake County court. Mr. Nickel's staff provided courteous and informative assistance throughout the entire process, from insightful co...nsultation to immediate communication of citation resolution. Following just a single email, and a short phone conversation in which realistic options were discussed, Mr. Nickel’s firm followed-through as promised, with outstanding results. A considerable speeding ticket was reduced to a non-moving violation that will impact neither my insurance costs, nor my driving record. More importantly, the result came without my having to sacrifice a day from work (with 2 hours travel each way) for an apprehensive (and likely less-productive) court experience. Impressively done, and at more than a fair price. Very highly recommend these folks!
