Attorney Kristi Haddock was born and raised in Cary, North Carolina. A true hometown attorney, she knows how much central North Carolina has changed over the past 30 years. Prior to starting her own firm, Kristi worked as a criminal defense attorney for four years and enjoyed successfully defending a wide variety of misdemeanors, felonies, and traffic offenses both in and around Wake County. Kristi also successfully represented clients at numerous DMV license restoration hearings. Prior to her time working as a defense attorney, Kristi served as a volunteer Assistant District Attorney, during which she prosecuted countless cases in Wake County. Outstanding and Reliable - 10/10

I would highly recommend Kristi Haddock; she put my mind at ease from the very beginning. I have had numerous speeding tickets over the years, with the last one exceeding 27 over. Given that, I wasn't the easiest client to take on. However, she was quick, responsive, extremely kind, and knew exactly what to do. If you're looking for an experienced and dedicated attorney, you've found her.

DMV Hearing

Speeding ticket

Kristi represented me in a traffic infraction case I had. She reviewed my driving record and spoke with me regarding what she was going to do in my case before my court date. I felt very comfortable in her representation of my case. Would definitely recommend allowing her to represent you.

Great Job!

Kristi handled my case and defended well. Was found Not Guilty and case was dismissed and is being expunged from my record. Can't ask for anything more than that! She was also great to work with, communicates well and is very informative.

Kristi was very helpful throughout the entire DMV hearing process and helped me get my license back! Great Speeding Ticket Outcome!

Conditional License Hearing

I hired Kristi to help me after being convicted of two DWIs to try and get my conditional license back. Kristi went above-and-beyond my expectations and was always available to speak with me when I had questions or concerns. She spent months working with me and the DMV to help get me back on the road and towards a more normal lifestyle. Even a month after the hearing that she was originally hired to help me with, she was still just a phone call away to help me with paperwork the DMV said they would send me but never did. She even took care of a pending charge that I had gotten in my younger years that I had overlooked that would have absolutely stopped the hearing dead in its tracks. I'm so grateful to have had such a great attorney and would absolutely recommend Ms. Haddock to anyone.

The word superb would hardly do justice to the way Kristi R. Haddock handled my sons case from beginning to end. I first met and hired Kristi when my son was facing a legal charge that was highly complicated. She was extremely smart, knowledgeable and competent. At the same time she was genuinely concerned about my son and was compassionate about the circumstances that surrounded his case, Kristi never failed to follow through with what she promised. She could not have been more dependable about calling, visiting and updating us as to how the case was progressing. In the end we received results that were beyond our highest expectations.
