Horrible Service

I hired them to handle getting my charges expunged. After paying them it took them almost 3 years to do anything. I followed up several times and was given the run around. Even when asked to speak to someone higher up I was sent right back to the same legal assistant. They submitted papers for proces...s but never followed through on anything. I finally became fed up and they refunded my money with no explanation. I wasted 3 years and lost out on many things due to not having this cleared up in a timely manner as they promised. I understand these things take some time but this was over board.

I have no way to know who posted this message so it's difficult to reply. I believe you are a client who paid us for an expungement and then never responded to years of calls, letters and emails. We need to have signed and notarized affidavits in order to file certain expungement and I believe you are someone who never replied to any calls, emails and letters. We never received the signed affidavits and could not proceed without them. I am always available to speak to any clients and would be happy to speak with you any time should you have questions about your case.

Superior Knowledge and Representation

Unfortunately I have had a few interactions with the courts and again, Unfortunately I did NOT have Mr. Nickel represent me on those matters and I ended up settling and ruining my record. My latest matter I found Mr. Nickel and without a doubt, he is the most Competent, Caring, and Thorough attorney... I've ever met. He handled my matter with Professionalism and the aggressiveness that anyone charged really wants. He and his staff communicate effectively and keep you up to date on what's going on. AWESOME LAWYER

Mr. Nickel helped me out a couple years ago with a fairy serious issue and gave me several different paths that were all possibilities and worked with me and my family until the case was handled. Recently, I gave his office a call for some advice and he still took the time to discuss options and come... to a solution with me. His hard working spirit reassures confidence in any situation.

My Nickel handled my case very well. During all the course of time till the case went on, he was very supportive & professional.
