Drug possession and paraphernalia

I have had a lot experience with different attorneys. Wiley was very helpful, thoughtful and encouraging throughout the process. It's a time of total helplessness. Wiley was assuring with his keen knowledge of the legal system & was quick to have the case dismissed. I highly recommend Wiley Nickel.

Speeding Ticket Resolved

Had a speeding ticket in Cary, NC and didn't want to miss a day of work at the courthouse. Wiley took my case, did the legal work for me and got it reduced. I received an email that afternoon from his assistant letting me know the outcome. His office is professional, friendly, great with communicat...ion and made it easy! I highly recommend his services.

I couldn't say enough great things about Mr Nickel if I tried. Mr Nickel was so nice from the beginning. He presented all potential outcomes for my case and had everything dismissed by my second appearance.

Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with the results Mr. Nickel and his office got for me and my daughter. I have handled a previous speeding ticket on my own. This ticket was a bit different; my daughter got the ticket while she was home on break from school and would not be here for the assigned court date. I cho...se to call Mr. Nickel's office based on several on-line reviews and the recommendation of our insurance agent. We never actually went into his office and I have never met Mr. Wiley, but he and/or his office staff called and talked with me and emailed all necessary information and documentation. The judge required that my daughter take a defensive driving course and Mr. Nickel's office researched where she could find the required course in the state where she attends school. They had to ask the court for at least one extension in order to give my daughter the necessary time to take the class. We emailed the certificate of completion to Mr. Nickel's office and they took care of it. Results: no insurance premium increase! The results Mr. Wiley got are better than the results I got when I took care of my own speeding ticket. The cost was not much more than the ticket itself and certainly less expensive than an increase in insurance premiums.

Successful Outcome

It was very upsetting for me to be accused of something that I did not do. Mr. Nickel believed in my innocence and worked until the charges against me were dismissed. He and his office staff were always courteous and responsive. I have worked in the litigation field for several years so I have... experience working with many attorneys. With that said, I would recommend this firm.
