Biography
With nearly 20 years of experience in family law, Julia Pendleton is recognized for her commitment to client advocacy and her comprehensive knowledge of issues related to separation, divorce, and child custody. Julia began her legal career in 2005 and spent seven years at McKinney Perry & Coalter, PA, rising to partner before opening her own practice in 2014. She values both courtroom advocacy and the counseling process, focusing on clear communication and realistic expectations for her clients.
Julia earned her undergraduate degrees in Journalism and Political Science from UNC-Chapel Hill before completing her law degree at Campbell Law School, where she excelled in trial advocacy. Her professional involvement includes presenting classes for the Children’s Home Society of North Carolina and holding leadership roles with the Greensboro Jaycees and Junior League. A long-standing member of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Family Law Division, Julia is dedicated to serving her clients with integrity and compassion. Away from the office, she enjoys traveling with her family and dogs to Blowing Rock and Hilton Head Island.
