Ashley Danielle Bennington

I cannot recommend Ashley Bennington. My divorce left me in financial hardship with long-range consequences in my inability to purchase another home, tax liability and years to recover financially. In retrospect, she was clearly outmaneuvered by opposing counsel on things that should have been easi...ly recognized by an attorney of her supposed expertise. Early on I felt I should have switched attorneys but did not. I paid for hours upon hours of 'preparation for court', yet she used none of it and barely spoke up in court. I don't think she was really invested in my case. Do your due diligence when hiring any attorney.

Ashley did something for me that other attorneys claimed was a long shot to impossible. I owe her my sanity. From day one she will tell you up front what she can and can't do for you. She's fair on her pricing and she 100% has her clients best interest in mind. After years of fighting the uphill loos...ing battle with the family court industry (it's a corporation, if you don't believe me, just wait.), Ashley was finally able to end what I thought was going to be at least an 18 year financial hardship. If you're ready to end the back and forth games and the feeling of hopelessness that goes along with the family courts and the child support hustle, I urge to you to give Ashley as call.
