My husband and I hired mr. Barbee for a few different cases, all three were criminal drug charges, the first trial was for felony possession and he beat it with ease. The next trial however was for felony trafficking in which it took a lot of hard work and time. He was there with any questions we had... and always quick to return phone calls about anything pertaining to what we needed to know. He was right there with us through it all, giving any tips and support we needed to make it easier. The ending result was in our favor and even got the third case wrapped in with the second one so we didn't have to go through another trial. He was amazing, and handled it with an iron fist and a velvet touch. We will use him for any legal matters we have in the future for sure

If your marriage was a mistake, don't make another one choosing any other lawyer! Attorney Barbee is the best.

Attorney Barbee came highly recommended to use for child custody, child support and divorce. During the initial consult it was evident he was a knowledgeable lawyer that genuinely cared about my situation. His attention to detail was refreshing and his down-to-earth personality helped to ease the st...ress of going through one of the hardest years of my life. I felt valued, respected and defended at his fullest capability. He was prompt and all correspondence and kept me informed every step of the way. He worked hard to make sure I had winning results. Child Custody

Harvey is a amazing Lawyer! He fought until the end in my case and got everything i wanted. I could not ask for a better Lawyer, treats you like your family and never turns his back on you. I recommend Mr. Barbee for any kind of case, you will not be sorry!

This attorney accomplished the IMPOSSIBLE for me. EXTREMELY SATISFIED

Harvey Barbee is an attorney who is so skilled that he accomplished what other lawyers said was not possible. Many hesitated to take my case. Without going into specific detail, Harvey was successful at returning custody of my daughter to me. Harvey had many challenges to deal with. Through an incre...dible amount of hard work and patience, while observing all laws, he managed to get the opposing party served and a hearing arranged. He successfully had jurisdiction transferred to the county of my residence and a date set for the hearing. The hearing was extremely difficult because there was a great deal of evidence that had to be presented appropriately and convincingly. This included audio recordings, emails, documents, and photographs. Harvey demonstrated the skill of an attorney with many more years of experience as he offered up rebuttal after rebuttal to any argument that opposing counsel was able to come up with. To say that Harvey is well prepared for any given situation is an understatement. He has a sixth sense in the courtroom regarding what is coming next and he is able to prevent any possible cracks from forming in his case. I have dealt with lawyers before who ended up taking my money and doing nothing for me. I can honestly say that throughout this entire ordeal, I have never been so impressed. Harvey accomplished the impossible and I could tell that the judge was impressed with him. He returned my daughter to me. But most importantly, Harvey listened to me and worked diligently to understand my case and what was best for my child in this custody situation. His constant communication with me was very appreciated. He clearly communicated his strategy every step of the way. If you are a person facing a custody situation and you feel like you have been wronged by the court system and other lawyers, I urge you to contact Harvey Barbee. Harvey is well-suited to serve your needs and I guarantee you will be pleased. To me, what he accomplished was nothing short of a miracle.
