billed for services never rendered.

Hired Ms. Cini for divorce case. Ms. Cini left the firm before case was completed. After Ms. Cini left the firm, we discovered a number of documents that were supposed to be sent to opposing counsel months prior were never sent. Communications with opposing counsel that she told me had taken place... (and billed) are being disputed by opposing counsel that they ever took place.

Great Attorney and outstanding service

Attorney was outstanding. Very professional in everything that she did. Any questions or concerns we had she was very responsive and helpful in getting them answered quickly and accurately. Overall produced great work and I highly recommend her to anyone.

Business Contracts

I went to Barbara for advise on contracts for my business. After discussing my needs she promptly had me a draft that we went over together and made changes to based off my opinions and her legal knowledge. Within a short time she had made all the changes we discussed and had me a very professional l...egal contract for my customers. Could not have been happier with the turn around time and the final product. Very knowledgeable and very friendly to work with. I would recommend her to anyone.

Great Lawyer!

Ms. cini handled two issues for me. The first was a dispute with a creditor who was coming after me for a debt that was not mine as I was an identity theft victim. Ms. Cini filed a counter suit and was able to get the creditor to dismiss their suit entirely. I never even had to go to court! I was so ...impressed I hired Ms. Cini to take care of some traffic violations for me. While those were not dismissed, Ms. Cini was able to get them reduced down so all I paid was a fine. I have referred several friends to Ms. Cini.

Beware

Letting my ex-wife back into the home after a separation was my first mistake. Hiring Ms. Cini was the second. Ms. Cini used a stereotypical approach to the initial steps of my separation, yet billed like it was a convoluted case. I had to completely rehash my case every time I saw her. Milestone...s that opposing counsel was supposed to meet but did not was never challenged by her and emails and calls to her went unanswered. I rue the day I "hired" Ms. Cini. She was not an advocate for me at all.
