Excellent attorney

Mr.Barbee has helped me on multiple occasions and done a great job every time. Very easy to talk to and really works hard to get you the best outcome possible. They will have my business whenever I need a great attorney.Thanks to Scott law offices especially mr. barbee. I am forever great full!!

There when we needed him.

Had a family member take out processes against me that would have effected my job. Harvey was there from day one. He stayed in touch, and was quick to respond when I had questions, as this was the first time this had ever happened to me. He was prepared, professional and ready to fight for his client.... I hope I never need another attorney, but if I do he will be the one I call.

serious criminal defense

My husband and I hired mr. Barbee for a few different cases, all three were criminal drug charges, the first trial was for felony possession and he beat it with ease. The next trial however was for felony trafficking in which it took a lot of hard work and time. He was there with any questions we had... and always quick to return phone calls about anything pertaining to what we needed to know. He was right there with us through it all, giving any tips and support we needed to make it easier. The ending result was in our favor and even got the third case wrapped in with the second one so we didn't have to go through another trial. He was amazing, and handled it with an iron fist and a velvet touch. We will use him for any legal matters we have in the future for sure

If your marriage was a mistake, don't make another one choosing any other lawyer! Attorney Barbee is the best.

Attorney Barbee came highly recommended to use for child custody, child support and divorce. During the initial consult it was evident he was a knowledgeable lawyer that genuinely cared about my situation. His attention to detail was refreshing and his down-to-earth personality helped to ease the st...ress of going through one of the hardest years of my life. I felt valued, respected and defended at his fullest capability. He was prompt and all correspondence and kept me informed every step of the way. He worked hard to make sure I had winning results. If you are going through divorce and a custody battle and looking for an attorney who you can trust, you'll find that with Attorney Barbee.

Child Support Arrears...not a BMW

I did not know where to begin. I had a huge mess with my child support arrears and I did not know where to start when it came to collecting what I thought was owed to me. My children are grown and I wasn't even sure if I could collect anything, as I had waited almost 9 years to begin the process. I a...lways thought that if I did begin, my children's father would reject them in a way that was suitable for HIM, as he really likes his money! I finally had the courage to say "JUST DO IT"! What did I have to lose? I called Mr. Barbee's office and, right away, I knew this is what I had to do. I retained Mr. Barbee as my attorney and all lines of communication were left open for me. I was always kept informed by either him or a member of his wonderful staff on how things were coming along. The professionalism and perseverance that was shown by him and his entire team was on-going during the entire process. I truly believe that their teamwork, knowledge, and dedication is what won me my case. I am really pleased with the outcome, as my children were and still are number one in my life, and I believe that child support arrears should not be put on the back burner and replaced with a BMW convertible. Thanks to Mr. Harvey Barbee and his dedicated staff, it isn't anymore.
