A lifesaver

I was recently convicted of DWI, but would be granted a driving privilege after the ordered amount of time expired as well as any additional requirements...interlock...alcohol assessment...etc. These obligations were met, some before and the others immediately after, I still waited for my driving pri...vilege. An estimate on when I would receive the privilege could not be determined even though I qualified for it through the orders of the judge. Each week, I would call my lawyers office and the answer whether I would be able to drive was no. I waited and waited, still nothing. After the unsuccessful attempts, I took it upon myself to get a second opinion. I called the office of Staton, Doster, Post and Silverman and spoke to Mr. Norman Charles Post III (Chas). I sent him the requested information and received my driving privilege the next day. I believe that if the call was not made to his office I would still be waiting, and who knows how long. However, Mr. Post came through and delivered. I would highly recommend him to anyone for any legal advice or representation. Thanks again.

In Good Hands

After being arrested for a D.W.I. I was referred to Mr. Post and after talking with him immediately hired him as my attorney. His confident and calm manner helped me to feel the same way. Despite his age he was as experienced with the laws pertaining to D.W.I.'s as anyone in the courtroom even presen...ting arguments and motions that some of the most experienced lawyers and judges were not familiar with. He fought for me with passion and conviction like a member of his own family. He was very engaging and did an excellent job handling my case. I would recommend Chas to anyone looking for a great lawyer.

Mr. Post's legal services were an investment that paid returns many times over.

I hired Mr. Chaz Post III to defend me against a class A1 misdemeanor charge brought in Lee County, NC. It's a decision that I couldn't be happier with and one that I wouldn't hesitate to make in the future, should I again require legal representation. Prior to hiring Chaz, I was overcome with anx...iety; justifiably concerned about the potential array of consequences that could stem from the result of a conviction. Appreciating the gravity of what was at stake for my professional career and social standing in the community, in particular, I was determined to be represented by the best. I consulted with multiple attorneys but decided upon Chaz due to the obvious passion he has for his work, his prodigious expertise of the law and a local reputation as a proven winner. Outside of the courtroom, Chaz showed great patience in answering all of my difficult questions, a consistent consideration in returning all of my calls, and a refreshing compassion, as exhibited in his handling of difficult conversational subjects with appropriate tact and delicacy. Inside of the courtroom, Chaz demonstrated exceptional organization & preparation, effective legal strategy, and offered an intimidating professional presence for the opposition. In all, I'm grateful to have benefited from the courtroom performance of such a rising legal star. Chaz went the extra mile for me, mastered a positive outcome and so I feel it a personal privilege to recommend him here. I only hope that others that benefit from his hard work, will feel similarly compelled. Good luck to all of you.

Confident, Knowledgeable & Professional

Chaz handled my case in a knowledgeable, professional manner. He made me feel very comfortable in his presence and treated me as if I were a friend. I am very pleased with the outcome and the effort made towards my case. Hopefully there will be no need but I would use his legal services again and wou...ld recommend him to everyone.

Confident, Skilled, Trustworthy

Mr. Post was extremely reliable in handling my case. He returned all my phone calls as soon as he could and treated me like a friend rather than a client. He took my case extremely seriously and made me feel comfortable knowing he was doing his best that he could. I would recommend Mr. Post for any l...egal advice or needs you may need.
