Good Decision to use Mr. Clary.

The staff at the office was super polite and helpful. (Thanks Candace). Mr. Clary was able to receive my case very late and appear for me and reduce my fine and my charge. This resulted in no points and almost the same total cost. I would highly recommend the office of Robert Clary.

Great help and results

My daughter and I both got speeding tickets within three weeks of each other in Brunswick County driving to and from NC. I can't tell you how happy I am with the results-the best we could have ever expected for both of us. They were pleasant to work with and seemed to know everyone in Brunswick Count...y, including the traffic officers. Highly recommend Mr. Clary.

Reckless driving to non-moving violation

I had a speeding ticket for reckless driving in Brunswick county and I live in Raleigh, NC so I emailed him about my case on Saturday and got a reply on the same day. The reckless driving charge was reduced to a non-moving violation. I emailed other lawyers in the area and they quoted higher lawyer f...ees.

Mr.Clary by far is one of the best lawyers in Virginia if not, THE BEST! I'd recommend him 100 times over again when you're in trouble with the law and need trustworthy, competent, legal representation. To put it simply, he kept me from going to jail and I am so very grateful!

86/70 Reckless Driving ticket

I was traveling home from celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary on I-85 in Brunswick County Virginia. It was around 8-9 in the morning, traffic was heavy in both lanes. I passed a slow moving car in the left lane and accelerated to get out of his blind spot in the right lane. Just commented to my ...wife how many police were patrolling that morning. Next thing In know...blue lights in the rear view mirror. County officer said I was going 86/70. Had no sense of going that fast. In Virginia anything over 80 mph is considered Reckless Driving. Officer said I had to appear in court or hire an attorney. I contacted Clint Clary because I liked his straight forward, no nonsense website and offer to consult with me. I retained him to defend me and ....bottom line....that was a great decision. I'm no longer charged with Reckless Driving, or even speeding thanks to Clint. Have a legal problem, hire this man. You will never regret it. THANKS AGAIN Clint.
