Great experience!

I was given a ticket for Speeding 51/35 in Lawrenceville while driving up from NC, and was really frustrated. Luckily, a friend who had a similar experience recommended Mr. Clary's office. After a quick telephone consultation and a flat, affordable fee, I just sat back and awaited my court date. I ju...st got the news that the charge was reduced to defective equipment, so there won't be any points on my license. It was great not to have to travel up to VA again and let their offices handle everything. Highly recommend!

Saved from speed trap!

Mr. Clary and his assistance Dawn helped to position me for the best possible outcome. I hadn't had a speeding ticket in many years. This one I just received in Brunswick County was pretty serious. It concerned my greatly because even if I paid the fine, I was in trouble. I called this lawyer. Dawn... handled me directly and answered all questions. The result was a non=moving violation on court day. I'm very grateful to Mr. Clary and Dawn. When going through this part of the country, be careful.

82/70 reckless speed case reduced to defective equipment - non moving violation

My clary took my case of 82/70 reckless speed in Brunswick Cort VA & successfully got it reduced to defective equipment - non moving violation with no points. Satisfied with the outcome. Fee is also reasonable.

Very Good Experience!

Stopped doing 82 mph in a 70 mph zone, which is a criminal misdemeanor charge in Virginia, very serious! Called Mr. Clary's office and was immediately helped with defense in traffic court for a reasonable fee! The charge was reduced to defective equipment generally, carrying no points and no criminal... charge! Although regretting this first experience with a speeding ticket, I am glad this attorney represented me! I recommend him highly!!!
