Clinton Clary

I was ticketed 71 in a 55 on Hwy 58 in December 2018. Mr Clary represented me in court and was able to reduce my citation to Defective Equipment. I cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend this attorney.

Reckless driving charges reduced to non moving violation

I have been stopped on highway within Virginia on my way to North Carolina and given a reckless driving summon by the cop and speed reported on ticket was 83 mph. I was worried as district court given on summon was 4-5 hours drive from my place. I have found Mr Clary on this site with several great ...recommendations for him and decided to call him. I was convinced after talking to him. He has been a great help in reducing my charges from Reckless driving to non moving violation. I am very pleased with the outcome and moreover, I was able to do everything remotely by help from Mr Clary and I was not required to be at court. I will strongly recommend him to anyone looking for similar help in affordable cost with right advice and service.

Mr.Clary was recommended to me by my NY attorney Mr.Gilman.I spoke to Mr.Clary and he assure me he would get my speeding ticket to a none moving violation. Mr.Clary kept his word and my speeding ticket was reduced to a none moving violation, which I am very pleased for this outcome. Easy and Affordable Experience!

Was charged with 82 in a 70 (which is considered Reckless Driving and a misdemeanor in Virginia). Being from out of state, I was a little lost as to how to approach this charge. Clint Clary was recommended to me by a family friend, and I couldn't be more pleased with the ease of process and affordabi...lity. The ticket was reduced to Defective Equipment and no points on my license. The fine was much less than I anticipated, and Clary's rate was very approachable. I didn't even have to show up in court. I'm very pleased with this experience and would absolutely recommend Clint Clary.

Speeding Violation

We were driving up 85 North from Carolina and had just switched drivers with my husband at a gas station a few miles back. Suddenly I realized I was being pulled over. I was driving my husband's new car which I had never driven before. Was doing what I thought was 77 but really wasn't paying attentio...n. Word to the wise. Was more focused on the news station. The officer said I was doing 80 he gave me no mercy even though I told him I hadn't had a traffic violation in over 20 years. When I got back to Northern VA, I Googled attorneys in Lawrenceville, VA where I was pulled over and decided to email Mr. Clary. He emailed me back immediately and said he could help me plus he gave me a call and told me the fee up front and told me to contact his office. That was a relief. While I had gotten letters in the mail and random emails from other law firms, I felt comfortable with Mr. Clary's firm because of the initial response. I never had to drive back there for a Court appearance which would have been 4 days before Christmas. Thank you Mr. Clary and your staff for taking care of me. I would highly recommend this firm.
