Relieved

Mr. Clary and Tyler answered our questions, returned our calls and emails in a timely manner. The fee was very reasonable, he showed up at court and got our case dismissed. He was very patient with our case and nervous anxiety.

Great experience

Got a reckless driving ticket in Jan 2020. Being an out of state driver, did lot of research and finally hired Mr Clary. He represented my case and got the charges reduced to non moving violation. He is very responsive and affordable (low fees as compared to others). Most importantly he told me a...bout possible outcomes upfront, answered all my questions and handled my case remotely. He got me the best outcome and I’m really happy about it.

Speeding Violation

We were driving up 85 North from Carolina and had just switched drivers with my husband at a gas station a few miles back. Suddenly I realized I was being pulled over. I was driving my husband's new car which I had never driven before. Was doing what I thought was 77 but really wasn't paying attentio...n. Word to the wise. Was more focused on the news station. The officer said I was doing 80 he gave me no mercy even though I told him I hadn't had a traffic violation in over 20 years. When I got back to Northern VA, I Googled attorneys in Lawrenceville, VA where I was pulled over and decided to email Mr. Clary. He emailed me back immediately and said he could help me plus he gave me a call and told me the fee up front and told me to contact his office. That was a relief. While I had gotten letters in the mail and random emails from other law firms, I felt comfortable with Mr. Clary's firm because of the initial response. I never had to drive back there for a Court appearance which would have been 4 days before Christmas. Thank you Mr. Clary and your staff for taking care of me. I would highly recommend this firm.

Very satisfied

I was ticketed 69/55. Searched for a local lawyer to represent me and after reading positive reviews on Mr. Clary I called his office. His assistant Dawn was very pleasant and efficient and told me exactly what documentation was needed and what the expected range of outcomes were. Once my credit c...ard payment was made my court date was scheduled. Just received confirmation my speeding infraction was dropped and changed to improper equipment with a small fine, court costs amounting to $150. This was the best outcome I could realistically hope for. I am very satisfied with the professional way my case was handled and with the result.

Saved from speed trap!

Mr. Clary and his assistance Dawn helped to position me for the best possible outcome. I hadn't had a speeding ticket in many years. This one I just received in Brunswick County was pretty serious. It concerned my greatly because even if I paid the fine, I was in trouble. I called this lawyer. Dawn... handled me directly and answered all questions. The result was a non=moving violation on court day. I'm very grateful to Mr. Clary and Dawn. When going through this part of the country, be careful.
