Lawyer who will fight for you

Scott Ehrenworth is an attorney who will definitely fight for you. His years of experience as a prosecutor provide him with many of the tools needed to successfully defend clients charged with crimes. Let him put his knowledge to work for you.

He wanted me to go to jail

What type of defense lawyer asks a judge for their client to be locked up? I would not recommend Scott Ehrenworth as a defense lawyer; he did not attempt to properly fight for me or to represent and defend me in court for a reckless driving ticket. Scott Ehrenworth asked the judge to lock me up... and to find me guilty. He did not ask for the ticket to be reduced or dismissed (for reference, I am an African American woman). Scott Ehrenworth wanted to have me (his paying client) locked up, when the judge had never even mentioned anything about jail. He basically got paid $1,500 to show up to court, and to not properly defend or fight for me. I could have did what he had done in that courtroom on my own. Scott Ehrenworth wanted to have me (his paying client) locked up in jail, when the judge had never even mentioned anything about locking me up or jail time. Scott Ehrenworth (my lawyer) suggested that the judge lock me up “to let me see what the jail smells like”. He mentioned locking me up to the judge twice: the judge said “no that seems inappropriate” the first time that he said something about it, then he asked an additional time and said “are you sure you don’t want to put her in the jail until the end of the day?” Scott Ehrenworth was judgmental and he did not believe anything that I had to say the day of court (which was the only day that he actually asked me to describe the details of what happened). Scott Ehrenworth judged me based off of my driving record (with previous offenses). He sided with the officer, and he believed the officers words and not my words. He did not communicate with me at all (other than initial injury over the phone, getting payment to represent me, and a phone call the day of court asking was I almost there). He asked the judge to find me guilty even though I wanted to plead no contest. Outcome: He requested for me to be able to keep my drivers license despite him asking for me to be found guilty of Reckless driving, plus I did not go to jail (even though he asked the judge to lock me up more than once).
