A Hampton Roads native, Noah was born and raised in Suffolk, Virginia. He graduated from Norfolk Academy where he received recognition as an excellent student and athlete. He was honored with the prestigious David Ari Levitt Award for intellectual curiosity, and also received honors in athletics. While at Norfolk Academy, Noah served as the president of the Y.E.S. Club, a mentorship program designed to pair high school students with local troubled elementary school students. In high school, Noah spent his summers working in Connecticut at Camp Hemlocks, a program for mentally and physically disabled children and adults.

After graduating high school, Noah enrolled in the University of Michigan, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, with honors his senior year. At Michigan, Noah continued to actively participate in sports and dedicate himself to the service of others. By far the most rewarding service was as a personal care attendant for one of Michigan's finest students, the late Christopher Rush. Among many accomplishments, Christopher served as a good will ambassador for Jerry Lewis's Muscular Dystrophy Association. http://www.gofarmovie.com/#!trailer/ci3y Noah was also elected by his fellow students to represent them in the University of Michigan's Ashubui Multicultural Organization. He also worked as a manager and bartender at the famed "Brown Jug Restaurant" in Ann Arbor.

Noah completed his post-graduate study of law at The Dickinson School of Law of Pennsylvania State University, where he received his Juris Doctorate. In law school, Noah was elected as his class's Student Bar Association representative. He also served on numerous Bar committees and was a member of the Order of Barristers. At Pennsylvania State Noah also met his wife, Amy Weisberg, a fellow law student.

Noah and Amy returned to the Hampton Roads area where Noah accepted a job prosecuting violent crimes under the Honorable Linda D. Curtis in the Hampton Commonwealth Attorney's Office. Thereafter, Noah accepted a position prosecuting violent crimes and traffic offenses under the Honorable Howard Gwynn in the Newport News Commonwealth Attorney's Office.

In 2006, Noah was recruited by the law firm of Moschel and Clancy, PLLC to practice in the areas of Criminal and Family law. At Moschel & Clancy, Noah gained experience in both areas, representing individuals in serious criminal cases, such as murder, robbery and felony driving under the influence of alcohol, as well as high asset divorces, contested custody disputes, and adoptions.

In 2008, Noah opened Noah D. Weisberg, P.L.L.C. in Newport News, Virginia. Amy joined him in 2009 and they became Weisberg & Weisberg, P.L.L.C. He continues to find great reward protecting and preserving the rights and goals of individuals in criminal, traffic, family and personal injury law.

Best you can hire
Couldn't ask for a better outcome. I felt like he fought for me and fought for what was best for my daughter. Went from nothing to full custody. It cost allot of money but you get what you pay for and more I would do it all over again even if he didn't get me the outcome he did. I really felt like he did everything possible.

I was recently involved in a hit and roll over auto accident in which I was charged and a citation was issued. I contacted Noah Weisberg to represent matter the matter. His professional skill and research provided information that proved that I should have never been charged as the law was vague and actually not understood by the officer. The charges were dismissed by the judge and to top it off, the officer actually apologized to me for citing me. Very professional representation. .

When you need the best, hire Noah!
I had a series of very complex legal matters which required expert legal representation to successfully navigate. Noah and his team managed to bring all issues to a close in a very timely manner, avoiding what might have otherwise been a protracted legal battle. Thanks Noah!

FANTASTIC JOB!
Noah Weisberg represented our son in law in a criminal matter. He took time to visit him several times at the jail preparing for trial and also with me as a witness. He was very prepared and well spoken before the judge. Noah recognized that his client's lengthy criminal past was very typical of someone with an abusive childhood and that his client had taken responsibility for mistakes made and had served time for those mistakes. Noah was quick to point out positive actions on the behalf of his client to better himself while incarcerated. We are happy with the outcome. Our family is delighted that we chose Noah Weisberg to represent him. Noah is genuine and cares about his clients! He handled the adoptions of our two grandchildren many years ago after the death of our daughter. We are very pleased and consider Noah "our lawyer".

Exceptional Representation
Noah Weisberg is an exceptional attorney and very knowledgeable in criminal defense matters. I was charged with general trespassing and Mr. Weisberg with able to get the case dismissed based on a statue clause. I truly thank Noah for his hard work and expertise. Thanks again.

As Promised
Noah under-promised and over-delivered; a rare character trait nowadays. The only negative I found, was I did most of my communications through his secretary and found Noah, himself to be unreachable. Perhaps may case wasn't of significant enough size or complexity to warrant a direct line. Regardless, I would utilize his services again.

Mr. Weisberg represented my son, during a very difficult time in his teenage life. I can not tell you how grateful I am that I choose him as my son's attorney. He was like a guiding light in a very dark time for my son. I never felt like my son was just another client. Mr. Weisberg showed time and time again that he truly cared for my son. I would recommend Mr. Weisberg to anyone in need of legal counsel and I will only use Mr. Weisberg as my attorney in the future.

The best lawyer in Hampton Roads
I absolutely can't say enough good things about Noah. He took an impossible case that spanned years and performed a phenomenal job. His work ethic is outstanding, his tenacity amazing, and his demeanor in the courtroom is professional and thorough. Noah is a down to earth guy, but incredibly smart and brilliant at his job. If you need a lawyer, Noah is a must hire.

Selfless, Dedicated, Honest, Aggressive - Don't Think Twice, Hire Noah
I came to Noah desperate with an extremely rare and specific legal issue. Not only did he dig deep to learn all he could about my specific situation, he incorporated his years of expertise and contacts to build a team to represent me. I can't tell you how many late calls, emails, etc. Noah handled to keep my case on track. His selfless commitment to my case, my family, and my well-being were well above and beyond anything I could have expected or that I have ever experienced when interacting with a lawyer. Noah is a consummate professional and will aggressively pursue your case in your best interest. Don't think twice about retaining Noah.

The best well worth my savings.....lol
Noah has been an awesome attorney for me and has went above and beyond for me selflessly as no lawyer ever does. I'm a huge pain n bugaboo but he n his wonderfully awesome and lovely assistant Sherry who has listened to me cry, fuss, rant, etc, has never been ugly or acted like they didn't have time for me. When I've had an emergency situation Noah dropped everything to help me get it straight. Tho paying an attorney is more costly than I ever thought, compared 2 court appointed or any other, Noah and his team go above and beyond. They are very smart capable people who actually care about people. Not to mention the judges are actually impressed when you mention him as counsel. Tho I've managed to stay out of trouble for 15 years n had a series of unfortunate events....I will never again look to another attorney. Ever. No matter what money needed I would hire him every time. He's done a beyond excellent job in representing me and helping me n my crazy times and Sherry as well. I commend them as a team and recommend them to everyone. Well well worth the money for a busy operation with lots of clients but they manage to take care of everyone. Awesome people.

Noah is a winner!
I went to Noah with a specific problem I was having with some money that I felt was owed to me and the place adamantly denied owing it to me. I brought him my documentation and he sat down with me and went over everything. Noah went to work on my case. He contacted the place and dealt with the situation. In very little time the place decided to make things right and give me the money that I felt I deserved. I'm totally satisfied with his services and recommend him to anyone who needs someone who will fight for them. His retainer fee is fair and worth every penny. Thanks Noah for all that you do.

Very personable guy, best lawyer I've had.
I've had my fair share of run-ins with the law, be it traffic or misdemeanors. I've hired other lawyers and have never been anything but disappointed. Many times people spend money on a lawyer to do something you could do yourself -- get first offender status in Virginia. Don't do that. Consulting a lawyer is always smart because its free, but if you don't have a chance, don't waste your money. That being said. If you think you have ANY chance to get out of a crime you are charged with, Noah Weisberg is the guy to go with. He knows what he's doing and has a lot of experience in the lower peninsula area. He is confident and dynamic in the courtroom and seemed ready for anything that came his way. Long story short, my charge was dropped and I would highly recommend him over any other attorney I've had experience with.

He's a Fighter!
The first words out of my mouth when I first met Noah were, "Are you ready for a Fight?" And his response was, "I'm fighting every time I walk in the courtroom". And he sure did fight for me. Noah got me out of a really bad situation where I had seven false charges brought against me. Not only did he represent me and cleared all seven charges (thanks!), but he also answered any personal questions that I had and helped guide me in the right direction to move past this horrible experience. He is honest and gives you your best options without giving any false hope. His staff is incredible, and always answered any questions in a timely manner. They are still helping me even after my cases were closed. There is something to be said about a team that is willing to follow up after their job has been done. Noah is very personable as well. I never felt intimidated by him, or less of a person because I was under legal scrutiny. He is easy to talk to and does not judge you. He is definitely worth it! I would recommend Noah to anyone who needed legal advice.

Personalized Service!
He does way more than he costs! Great lawyer and got my husband off on all charges. It's the whole package hiring him, especially with D.J. and Sherry. I can't tell you how many times I pestered both of them because I was so terrified, but they really made me feel comfortable. D.J. even called my husband theday before trial asking if he needed anything, if he knew where to go, etc. A wonderful experience for a crappy situation

I would recommend noah weisberg to anyone looking for great representation. Im in the military stationed in kentucky and mr.weisberg represented me the day i met him he told me this is a long shot he was upfront and i knew what i was trying to do but he still was willing to take my case which in the state of virginia it is very tough to win a relocation case but he did it and i won full custodial rights. Mr. Weisberg never gave up on my case and fought tooth and nail to win me this case he is an awesome lawyer.
