One great lawyer

Great lawyer always returned my calls promptly. Had my charge reduced. And he always addressed my concerns. Need a great lawyer give Scott a call.

Excellent Services

Scott was confident and had a plan. He told me what his goal was for my case (reckless driving) and told me what he needed me to do to help achieve that goal (community service and driver improvement course). He said that if I did my part, it would help him with my case. With my part done the co...urt day came and he got it reduced to a failure to yield to a traffic light. Definitely recommending him to others if they need help.

Saved my butt

Scott did an excellent job with my case. I was pulled over doing 89 in a 55, which is a misdemeanor facing jail time. Did my research on lawyers as soon as I got home and decided to call Scott. He informed me of what the possible outcomes could be and gave me recommendations on what I needed to do to... fight my case. My court date was set 5 months out and Scott kept in contact the entire time, always available to answer any questions. Court date came and Scott presented my case to the judge. He warned me prior that we didn’t have the best judge for my case, turned out to be true and that she was not a fan of motorcycles. Through Scott pleading my case he got my misdemeanor charges dropped to speeding, no jail time and I kept my license which was a huge win for me. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone that found themselves in a bad situation.

Excellent Lawyer in Newport News

Scott was incredible throughout my case. During the consult, he was very attentive to detail and made sure to get the full story. While preparing for the trial, Scott was very communicative. He made sure to answer any questions my family and I had, which settled any anxieties we had about my case. A... couple of days before the trial he sent me a courteous email about the court date, location, and time, to make sure I had all of the right information I needed. On the day of the trial, he asked me to show up 30 min early. He then took his time to explain his course of action. This made me feel more comfortable because he showed me how prepared he was. During the trial, he argued my case excellently, proving my innocence in the court. After the trial, he took his time to explain to me, in greater detail, what the judge ruled. This helped me fully understand what was happening in my case. I would 100% recommend Scott due to his excellence in the courtroom, and his excellent attourney-client interpersonal skills.
