John Naumovski

My experience with Mr. John Naumovski was extremely pleasant and he was very professional and courteous. He always kept in touch with me via e-mail, text, and phone in regards to the updates and status of my case. He went out of way to meet with me whenever I need to get clarification on legal terms.... My attorney represented as a person and not a dollar amount. He explains all possible outcomes and options he could foresee me and did extensive research so that I never had any surprises. Not only was the representation professional and organized it was cost effective. Overall, I was more than pleased with having Mr. Naumovski as my attorney. I easily spent a full 12 hours reviewing, calling, and researching multiple attorneys via web sites, biographies, experience, review sites, and public court records in order to see outcome patterns based on the attorney and charge involved. After tons of data, reviews, and opinions I realized I neede...d to speak with John personally. After only one phone call I decided to retain his legal council and am extremely glad that I did. With John's expertise and guidance, we worked towards making a strong case with a no contest plea towards a reckless driving by speed in excess of 20mph. The charge was originally weittwn up for a speed of 83mph in a 60mph zone. There were specific circumstances such as a massively miscaibrated recebtly purchased vehicle, a driver's education course, and a clean criminal/traffic record which helped my case. However, John was friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, easy to get a hold of, and stayed on top of everything for my case. He even pulled me aside before the case and mediated me before entering the courtroom just in case it was necessary for me to testify. This was my first time ever having to appear in court. With John's quidance, and friendliness, I felt comfortable entering the courtroom and approaching the bench with him. Retaining his legal council was the best choice I made in this unfortunate situation. John reminded me of things I needed to complete, asked for copies of my completed documents in case I forgot to bring them to court, reminded me of the upcoming court dates, rescheduled continuanaces with my input on the most convenient potential dates according to our schedules, and kept me informed on any case updates. The outcome of my case was a drop to a $30 fine due to improper equipment. The outcome was by no means luck and did take work on both of our part. Following the quidance of an experienced traffic defense attorney and doing some leg work on my end allowed me to better myself, as well as place myself in a better view in the eye's of the court. This was key it helping to provide the best possible outcome. I have severe anxiety and moderate OCD. If you like answers, have anxiety, want legitimate legal council to steer you towards the exact things you need to do to help your case: then, I HIGHLY recommend speaking with John and seeing if his council is right for you. My trust is not easily earned. Yet, I can easily say this is the most helpful and valuable legal council I've ever recieved. Thank you for all your hard work during the multiple times we spoke, corresponded, met, mediated, and, of course, during the final deliberation of the case Sir. You have an outstanding balance of professionalism, realistic expectations, focus, genuine care, and charisma that makes you an easy person to like and talk to. When I got charged with 2 felonies, I was scared to death. I believed that these charges were based on a big misunderstanding. I never had to hire a criminal defense lawyer before and I started to contact some friends that I trusted and started to do some research online. I received a citation for R/D in October, and the details of my particular case made it a challenging one to defend. I retained Attorney Naumovski a week after. He was also patient and understanding with me when my anxiety got the best of me the week before court, where I would call myself a "difficult and demanding" client. On the day of court, Attorney Naumovski went over our defense options, and presented research that showed I may have been incorrectly cited. He presented this information to the State Trooper on my behalf, who then amended his charge in court. I left court that day with a fine and demerit points for a speeding infraction, but that was much better than possible jail time, suspension of license, and a permanent criminal conviction on my record that would have affected my work credentials. In short, I would without hesitation recommend Jon Naumovski to anyone seeking legal representation, and would retain him again if I have need. No attorney is a "miracle worker" - but if what you want from legal representation is attention to detail, care of clients, and meticulous knowledge and research of the VA law system, then Jon Naumovski is second to none.
