Expect the BEST outcome for your situation

I was charged with a DWI, reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident ( Total of 3 charges). Doug had my charges reduced to improper driving and reckless driving. My driving license WAS NOT suspended, I DID NOT have to get a breathalyzer installed, Suspended all jail time. Doug looked for e...ver angle possible to leverage my defense against the prosecutor, he keep me informed of all information well ahead of time. By far the best attorney I have ever had ( I have needed quite a few ). Pay what he asks, do what he asks, and expect the BEST outcome for your situation. There is no one else that I would ever call when/if legal services/advise are needed in the future.

Mr. Mcgee is very knowledgeable, talented, personal. He always answer the phone or text. He wants the best for his clients and will give you the best advice for your situation. Reckless Driving offense Reduced!!!

I was traveling to Virginia to visit a friend and was cited in Sussex County for Reckless driving (81/70). I was unaware of the state law and the significant consequences involved until literally the day before my hearing. I called Douglas McGee and he took my case with no hesitation. My initial hea...ring was continued until March 10th, 2020. At the final hearing, not only did I not have to appear Mr. McGee got my Reckless Driving charge reduced to a non driving offense which resulted in me having to pay a small fine considering what I could have paid. If you need legal representation you have to call Doug McGee. You wont be disappointed!

Out of State Reckless Driving Ticket (CDL)

I am from New York and being a new CDL driver I was hit with a radar @ 86MPH in a 70MPH speed zone on the interstate . Very concerned as how it would affect my future and career. I contacted Doug and he responded almost instantly with all of the correct answers to all my questions and concerns. Bein...g around the holidays and what not he was very responsible with his retainer fees . He works most days like the rest of us ! So if you have any problems or questions just shoot him a text he will reply promptly. He managed to save my career and CDL I can not thank him enough my ticket was reduced and now I have zero points with a fine ! Just remarkable , the outcome was more than adequate ! Wreck less driving

Doug really saved me from getting a misdemeanor of wreck less driving all the way down to a non-moving violation. Was extremely informative and provided me with everything I needed to do on my end to help my outcome. Extremely professional and very nice.
