Case dismissed

I was pulled over for a number of traffic violations in Virginia and called Attorney Doug McGee. The charges could have caused me to lose my driver's license for a period of time. Doug expained the process to me, advised me on steps I could take to potentially obtain a more favorable result, and ulti...mately he was able to get the violations entirely dismissed. Doug is personable, professional, and (most importantly) gets results. I could not possibly recommend him more highly.

A meticulous professional.

Everything you'd want from a lawyer, you get with Doug. Someone who understands the system, who loves what they do, knows when to fight with the sword or the pencil. I partnered with Doug because I was issued a "Following too closely" citation after in accident I was involved with, Doug immediately f...rom the first phone call calmed my nerves and spoke with confidence. He gave me many different options on how I wanted to proceed and once I communicated my goals, he quickly aligned with that vision and gave me several different strategies on how he was going to fight on my behalf towards my goals. I could write an essay on how Doug portrayed everything I needed as my lawyer, but to put it simply, he was able to get my case dismissed. If the misfortune of needing a lawyer is ever weighing on your conscious, I highly recommend Doug, and I would happily pay Dougs rate, any time, any day. He is your shield and sword.

Speeding Violation Dismissed

Doug McGee was recommended to me by a family friend, and I am so glad I reached out for help. Doug was professional, timely, and gave great advice about my case. I was advised to complete an 8 hour driving course in advance of the court date, which I did, and Doug was able to get the charge dismissed...! I avoided all movement violations, demerit points, or any sort of fine (all I had to pay was the court fee). Don't hesitate to reach out to Doug for help, he was awesome!

Made MAGIC Happen!

While I know it may seem hyperbolic, Doug really helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life. I got a reckless driving citation of going 90 in a 55 on my motorcycle in a VERY small locality in VA. Some lawyers wouldn't even take the case, but Doug did and helped me get a continuation... of the initial court date so I could stack up community service, two driving schools, and a speedometer calibration. When it was all said and done, the charge was reduced to improper driving which is MUCH less severe than reckless driving. Doug's communication, attitude, knowledge, negotiation skills, and kindness all really made every penny I paid for his services worth it. Lastly, he works the cases himself which is rare! He has the experience to help much higher profile clients, but decides to help the common person like you and I. Don't hesitate to hire Doug, it will be your best chance at getting a reduction or dismissal of your charge. Thanks again Doug and much continued success to you!

Reckless Driving Misdemeanor

Driving down south to visit family I found myself in some trouble in Virginia, Mr. Doug McGee provided me with ample information on my charge and told me what actions I should take to help with my case. After following his advice, Mr. Doug successfully got my reckless driving charge fully dismissed. ...The potential points on my record were very worrying but Mr. Doug handled the case professionally and got the best results possible.
