Amazing Ally in a Crisis

I was involved in a severe car accident in VA and was issued a citation for an unsafe lane change. I was very shaken physically and emotionally and fearful of what the legal repercussions might be. I've had a clean driving record my whole adult life and live out of state and I was almost going to jus...t pay the citation but got the advice to look online for a local attorney to advise me. I was directed to Doug and from the start he was responsive, kind, compassionate, and informed. I retained him and followed all of his suggestions. He was very attuned to the dynamics of the local court and had a flexible strategy. I am so relieved that he successfully had the charge dismissed, thereby averting 4 demerit points, a moving violation, and a more vulnerable position should a civil case occur. I can't recommend him more highly.

Speeding ticket

Mr. Douglas McGee was phenomenal, and he helped to reduce my speeding ticket to a nonmoving ticket defective equipment. I am from NC state and was passing through VA and got a speeding ticket. He explained each step of the process in detail and asked me to take the necessary steps to do for my ticket.... He was very professional and courteous. I would recommend highly. He is the best.

My Guy NOW

I received a failure to move over summons in Smyth County, VA, which is considered reckless driving and penalties are understandably stiff! I won't go into the details but I am from Florida and have a clean record....STILLl! Never speed, try to do all the right things from helping senior citizens, vo...lunteering in my community, mentoring other business owners to following all laws driving or otherwise; so I was terrified of what would happen with a possible misdemeanor, jail, loss of license and 6 points added to my license, etc. I am very happy to say, Doug was able to get the charge reduced to a 0 point infraction. I am so relieved and can continue on with my life doing the things I love freely. Just follow everything he asks you to do, he knows his community, Doug is straight forward, down to earth and will do his best to help you!

The Harvey Specter of Speeding Tickets

I received a ticket for going 82/65 on i-77 in Virginia, which would have caused my NC to suspend my license for 30 days. Doug got it reduced to an improper equipment charge, which is a non-moving violation (insert slow clap here). Caught going over 80? Call Doug McGee!
