Replied last September 07, 2017I guess I should feel flattered that after 33 successful years as a lawyer, potential new clients I DECLINE to represent are taking to the internet to complain! Also, although this person clearly wanted me to represent them, I make it clear to all potential new clients that I am not officially retained as their lawyer nor do I begin working on their case until they have paid 50% of their fee. This potential client did not do so. This person had an appointment late Tuesday afternoon. I decided that night to decline representation for reasons which I am not permitted to discuss without the client’s consent. I was in court on another case the next morning and informed this person before noon that I would not take his case. This individual paid a consultation fee which I refunded in full without being asked to and with absolutely no legal responsibility to do so. It is obvious if one researches my profile on this website that former ACTUAL clients and other lawyers hold me in the highest regard as a DUI expert. Here are some of the things one can find written on this website (which I have no control over): “Bob does his homework. He has served as both a defense attorney and prosecuting attorney. He is technology savvy and always over-prepared. If I could have paid him more knowing the results he garnered for me, I would have.It's almost as if other officials are intimidated by his knowledge and experience.
