What a joke

He doesn't know what he's talking about. What a joke. He told me to plea, and it was obviously the wrong choice.

I knew we made the right decision after our first consultation. Mr. Nolan did his research and was able to help my son get a fair sentence. He responded quickly to emails or calls and kept us informed along the way. We highly recommend him.

At a prior firm where I was working, I collaborated several times with Mr. Nolan on cases. His work was diligent and thorough. Besides having a good work ethic, Mr. Nolan had a mature, sensible approach to cases. His assistance was valuable to me in our joint endeavors.

Great Attorney

I searched high and low to retain an attorney for an out-of-state family member who unfortunately was not provided with the best legal services. It was overwhelmingly difficult to search for the appropriate attorney to retain when you do not have a clear understanding of the situation at hand, live o...ut of state, and no one to turn to in order to weed out the legal services that best suit the person in need. Many attorneys either did not return my phone call or followed up expressing they did not practice in the area where their services would be needed. Eventually I was provided a recommendation to reach out to Carluzzo, Rochkind & Smith, in which I was further, connected to their attorney, Scott Nolan, for consultation. I was convinced to retain attorney Nolan because of his willingness to direct me to where I would need to learn the facts of the cases at hand so that I could best articulate to him what was going on. Based on the information I followed up with, he succinctly communicated the situation at hand so I could understand what was going on, what actions needed to take place given the timeline of upcoming hearings, identified potential problems in advance, and confidently expressed his expertise and credentials and how it would best serve the legal needs I presented. Reflecting on our conversation, he was the right fit and became the best legal and financial move I made. Once retained, he hit the ground running. He worked with a sense of urgency with the obstacle of holiday season surrounding a short timeline to prepare to serve. He is clear and straightforward on what he can do for you and how long it will take (it doesn't take him long). He follows up in a timely manner and made the entire process so much easier on my family because he had the best interest of his client at heart. For a case that could have taken around 5+ months of court appearances, Mr. Nolan was able to get everything squared away within a little over a month from being retained! Thank you Mr. Nolan and Carluzzo, Rochkind & Smith for everything.

Great Experience with Scott Nolan

I retained Scott Nolan's services because I thought the automatic decision for my unfortunate situation was/would be unreasonable and it would have a far-reaching impact on my future job prospects. What a great decision! First, never go to traffic court without a knowledgeable lawyer. Scott was fa...miliar with the applicable laws, the jurisdiction where I had to appear and more importantly, what steps needed to be taken to mitigate the circumstances BEFORE I had to appear before the judge. I watched several other people in similar situations get the book thrown at them but my experience following Scott's plan delivered the positive result I needed. If I or anyone I know were in a similar situation again, I wouldn't hesitate to call or recommend Scott.
