Excellent and Effective Lawyer

Mr. Jabaly is quick to understand, very articulate and a pleasure to work with. I hired him to help recoup funds for a faulty HVAC installation job. My case was tricky since the HVAC was replaced prior to closing on my new home and in total, it involved 3 parties. He was quick to understand my cas...e and was able to explain possible avenues/ideas on how to handle it. Mr. Jabaly helped me by writing Letters of Demand, negotiating with multiple parties, and finally negotiating a settlement. If it were not for his services, I would have not been able recoup any funds! Not only is Mr. Jabaly quick and articulate, he does an excellent job with keeping his clients informed. Throughout the entire process, he was in communication with me. Also, if I needed to speak with him on the phone or email him questions, he was quick to respond. It is not only beneficial to have a lawyer who you can trust, but one that can relieve stress during a difficult time is so important. I never had any doubt because I knew Mr. Jabaly was on top of things. By Mr. Jabaly keeping me informed no matter how small the update, it helped me get through this stressful situation more easily. I highly recommend his services, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent Legal Services

Mr. Peter Jabaly's legal services were recommended by a good friend, when I was looking for legal help due to injuries sustained from two automobile accidents. It was a very difficult time for me personally, and I was also wary of not being able to rely on honest legal help. Mr. Jabaly's professiona...lism and level-headedness was my saving grace throughout. Mr. Jabaly did not go the extra mile---he went an extra 50 miles for me. Mr. Jabaly is very knowledgeable in his field, and has exceptional analytical skills. Mr. Jabaly also thinks quickly on his feet, which was important throughout negotiations with the other parties. Throughout these discussions with the other parties, Mr. Jabaly also had the foresight to negotiate and lower the amount I owed my Physical Therapist, which was very helpful. With each settlement offer sent and received, Mr. Jabaly was always clear in laying out and explaining all my options, in order to make the best decision possible. He was great in keeping the communication line open between us at all times. From the beginning, Mr. Jabaly was very fair and honest in laying out the realities of my cases, all the scenarios that could happen, and all the various results as well. Not once, throughout the duration of these cases, did I doubt that Mr. Jabaly did not have my best financial AND personal interests at heart. I am happy and extremely satisfied with the outcome of my cases, a large part of it is due to Mr. Jabaly's hard work. While he always maintained a professional attitude, he was always sincere in his commitment to my cases, and in his concern for my health as well. There is no doubt in my mind that if I ever need legal help again, he will be my only choice.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We hired Mr. Jabaly to review a sublease, which are complicated most of the time. Not only he reviewed it but he made all the necessary adjustments and advises in no time. He was very helpful and answered my emails and phone calls in timely manner. Highly recommended.

Knowledgeable and Informative

Attorney Peter Jabaly is an exceptional lawyer. I had a critical issue that needed some legal overview - with a short time frame. Mr. Jabaly was able to provided in-depth overview of the matter in a timely manner. Not only was he informative but he clearly put my interest first in mind while doing hi...s due diligence regarding the matter.
