Help with a home remodel dispute

We needed a lawyer to review our contract, correspondence, and other documents when we were dealing with a dispute with our home remodel contractor. Peter was very reassuring through the process and timely in his responses. He reviewed the documents and correspondence for a more than year long pr...oject and got back to us promptly with great understanding for the details of our situation. He was open when he needed clarification and always respectful.

Excellent lawyer

We hired Mr Jabaly for Immigration purposes. He knows his case by heart and he is very knowledgeable of all related laws. He’s always prompt answering my emails and my calls and providing the legal right information related. He is very attentive to details, puts all the effort needed to win the case.... Great Attorney - Winning Spirit

I came across Mr. Jabaly after reaching out to two different attorneys, each one of them with tons years of experience, thinking that I can have a peace of mind working with experienced attorneys. Funny enough, one of them told me that he can't handle my case because I don't stand a chance to win... and the other one didn't say it but was very reluctant to work with me. When I met Mr. Jabaly, he was very honest and told me, listen your case is very hard but I'm very sure we can make a breakthrough! His self-confidence and fighting spirit were a sign for me to retain him. Mr. Jabaly handled my case in a very professional and passionate way. He was 24/7 chasing my case, getting updates and always updating me. At some points we thought we might lose the case but I remember Mr. Jabaly telling me, we might lose the battle but never the war. We had very tough moments but we never gave up. And here we are, after many rounds, the impossible became possible, and we won the case! Mr. Jabaly, I would like to thank you for the great job you have made. You have made me realize that nothing is impossible as long as you have the perseverance and the winning attitude which definitely you have. I recommend everybody to retain Mr. Jabaly and you will never regret!

Excellent representation and results - Highly recommended

Peter Jabaly and his partner, Anthony Coppola of Coppola & Jabaly PLLC, represented my company in claims against a client that refused to pay its bills. The positive outcome aside, both Tony and Peter gave smart, respectful, easy-to-understand advice throughout the process. Working together, they unc...overed a range of legally significant claims that I hadn't considered. They worked with me to develop a sensible strategy based on my firm's interests and countered with ease the aggressive, often bad-faith actions of the other side. Calmly and with the law thoroughly researched and defined, we pushed forward to the desired conclusion. Further, as a lawyer myself, I appreciated the ethics and professionalism that they demonstrated throughout the process. It was a pleasure to work with them, and I do highly recommend their services to other individuals and businesses.

Peter was Incredibly Responsive and Helpful!

Peter answered his phone on a Saturday evening when I expected to leave a voicemail. I explained my situation and he offered to review all of the contract documentation and provide a consultation. After reviewing everything Sunday, we spoke Monday evening, and he spent a significant amount of time ...with me on the phone explaining the details of the contract and his thoughts. He made sure all my questions were answered during the consultation. To my surprise, he actually followed-up via phone about a week later to inquire whether or not my situation had improved. Unfortunately, it hadn't at the time so I may still need to work with Peter again, but I was blown away with his follow-up.
