Excellent representation and results - Highly recommended

Peter Jabaly and his partner, Anthony Coppola of Coppola & Jabaly PLLC, represented my company in claims against a client that refused to pay its bills. The positive outcome aside, both Tony and Peter gave smart, respectful, easy-to-understand advice throughout the process. Working together, they unc...overed a range of legally significant claims that I hadn't considered. They worked with me to develop a sensible strategy based on my firm's interests and countered with ease the aggressive, often bad-faith actions of the other side. Calmly and with the law thoroughly researched and defined, we pushed forward to the desired conclusion. Further, as a lawyer myself, I appreciated the ethics and professionalism that they demonstrated throughout the process. It was a pleasure to work with them, and I do highly recommend their services to other individuals and businesses.

Business contract

Mr. Jabaly wrote multiple business contracts and documents for my start up restaurant. His assistance was vital in insuring I was operating legally and opening on time.

Great Service

I am a soon to be owner of a small business. And I needed help with business sales agreement and LL C formation. Peter was excellent in explaining and putting all the necessary paperwork together. I will definitely use his service in the future and also recommend his service to whoever needs a legal ...business representation or advice. Great service with great price. Knowledgeable and Informative

Attorney Peter Jabaly is an exceptional lawyer. I had a critical issue that needed some legal overview - with a short time frame. Mr. Jabaly was able to provided in-depth overview of the matter in a timely manner. Not only was he informative but he clearly put my interest first in mind while doing hi...s due diligence regarding the matter. I highly suggest if you need an attorney that will look out for your best interest while being informative and timely - Peter Jabaly is your attorney. Peter Jabaly- Excellent Service, Speedy Resolution

Peter did a great job walking me through the necessary steps to get my business ready for the next step. After explaining each step and quoting me a very fair price, he determined that we could short cut the process and reduce his fee. How many professional service people have you ever encountered ...willing to lower a quoted price in favor of their client? This honesty, combined with a great work ethic, and a willingness to put the client first made my experience with Jabaly law outstanding, and ensured that my first call for legal council will always be to Peter.
