Very honest and self-less in helping me

I contacted Jose when he worked for another firm a couple years ago. He understood the dire and time sensitive situation I was in. He was honest and up front with me that taking my case on such short notice, while he would do his best, he cannot commit as many resources as he would like given the sho...rt turn around time and the other cases on his plate. Having said that, he said he would take my case, but just wanted me to be aware that he might not be able to do the job 100% like he would normally do. But he also referred me to another disability lawyer in case I wanted someone who could dedicate more time to my case. Ultimately, I chose to go with the other lawyer he referred me to because I wanted a lawyer who could dedicate his full attention to my case. And I successfully won my disability appeal. So it is clear that Jose had no ego in referring me to another very good lawyer. I really appreciated Jose's honesty and up front nature. And the amount of time he spent helping me even though he got nothing out of it. If Jose says he can take your case, you can be assured he will dedicate the proper amount of attention unless he tells you otherwise.

Honest and Knowledgeable

I highly recommend Mr. Caballe if you need help with a disability claim. Do not apply for disability without speaking to a lawyer. ERISA law which governs disability claims is difficult to navigate and favors insurance companies. Not only is Mr. Caballe extremely knowledgeable, but he takes the ...time to explain things in terms anyone can understand. I do not think you will find a more respectful, compassionate, and thorough disability lawyer. Mr. Caballe patiently walked me through every step of the process and answered all my questions no matter how much time it took. I respect his honest and straightforward approach; and more importantly, his desire to help. He is a very capable lawyer and could have chosen a more profitable area of the law to practice, but instead decided to help those in need. He is a one of a kind lawyer! I am forever thankful to him.

I was referred to Mr. Caballe, BenGlassLaw, by a colleague who was familiar with my mounting frustration associated with applying for short and long term disability benefits. While the outcome of the case remains uncertain, I have been genuinely impressed with the multiple interactions I have had wi...th Mr. Caballe to date. During our initial meeting, for example, he was not only immediately responsive to my queries, but demonstrated his knowledge by accurately anticipating many of my concerns, and satisfactorily responding to them. He avoided trying to persuade me to seek his legal representation; rather, he assumed the role of "devil's advocate", encouraging me to consider the relative costs and benefits of securing his assistance or not. I have been immensely impressed by Mr. Caballe, for his knowledge, candor, insights, and integrity.

Honest Man, Excellent Consultation

I consulted with Mr. Caballe in regard to a medical malpractice claim and he was straight forward and honest with me, not eager to just take my money. As a private investigator in a past life I understood from the onset that there is a difference in how a potential client, in this case me, feels wron...ged emotionally, and what has a fighting chance in court. It's easy for an attorney to take a clients money when a client feels wronged on principal, but an honest attorney will give an honest assessment of your case and not take advantage of your emotional state taking money for a case they don't believe meets the criteria for a successful outcome. Mr. Caballe was understanding and sympathetic of my situation, and took the time to explain why he felt I should not pursue my case at the moment. His thoughts were rational and made good sense to me. It was definitely worth my time to consult with him and I would recommend others seek his guidance as well if they are interested in an honest assessment of their case and not just a pep talk motivating them to write a check.
