"Mr. McNew and Mr. Webb (both of Michie Hamlett) together coerced a national corporation into mediation without taking a single deposition. I can only assume it was based in large part on their stellar reputation in the Virginia legal community."
"Kyle’s knowledge of the law and his ability to quickly apply it to a new factual scenario distinguishes him and his appellate advocacy skills are excellent. Kyle is on a very short list of who I consider to be the very best appellate and products liability lawyers in Virginia."
"Kyle is extremely bright, likable, and hard working. He quickly assesses a client’s situation –from both practical and substantive law perspectives – and develops, and then executes, a winning game plan. Before I began working with Kyle on a matter, I had known of his high standing in the legal community and knew that he would be a persuasive, detail-oriented writer, but the experience of working with him demonstrated that he is also highly intuitive (a very rare combination). He truly understands how people think. That ability allows him to hone in on the true issues of a case – the ones that jurors and judges will find important in reaching their decision. His track record – and that of his firm – speaks for itself. Kyle is one of the Virginia Bar’s finest attorneys; I strongly endorse him."
