When I needed a divorce attorney, I found Mr. Lopez by referral from another attorney I had worked with previously. Given the dynamics of my case, I had to lean heavily on this referral and I needed Mr. Lopez to be the best possible advocate and representative I could hope for - he did not disappoint.... He was thorough, competent, responsive, and personable. Mr. Mikhail N. Lopez screened hundreds of pages of records pertaining to my case and identified favorable information on my behalf. I spent an hour with Mr. Lopez on my initial visit, an hour and a half before my case and at his request I met him an hour and a half before my court appearance to discu...ss my case. Just the amount of time he devoted to my case was astonishing. Unfortunately, I have found myself in the same predicament a few times before and have always only met with the lawyer just prior to my court appearance. I have been to court twice with Mr. Lopez representing me and both times I was not charged (Not Guilty). His energy, enthusiasm and eagerness to find positive information in my favor gave me a sense of relief and hope in what seemed like a very dire situation. My career relied on a not guilty finding. He conducted internet research and even had a video ready to show the Judge if necessary. He stood his ground with the Judge and it was apparent that he was not intimidated to disagree. As I mentioned previously, I have been in this situation before and have lost. I lost due to unwilling and incompetent representation from lawyers who just wanted to get paid and go through the motions. I strongly and whole-heartedly recommend Mr. Lopez to anyone in need of a lawyer with his areas of expertise. Had I hired a competent lawyer in the first place, I would not have needed Mr. Lopez.
