Andrew pushed to get it entirely dismissed. The judge agreed with Andrew. The prosecutors did not have good cause to nolle prosequi. The judge dismissed the case. What can I say? That was the absolute best result I could have prayed for. Andrew Lindsey has truly been a blessing in my life. Andrew is by far unquestionably the best defense lawyer I have ever hired.
