Complex, ambiguous case successfully tried resulting in a favorable verdict!
I first worked with Ash on our case beginning in 2015. Hardly an “easy case”, Ash was patient and unflappable when it came to his acute understanding and conviction of the right and wrong side of the law, along with dealing with a client who had little exposure to the legal system. Our case had its challenges, with no formal contract in place between parties, and a highly complex, multifaceted buttress of work completed. Ash distilled the case down to the empirical facts, developed a flexible legal strategy, and over two years executed a plan that ended with a favorable jury verdict. His advice spot on, his integrity without question, and his motivation to practice law is unprecedented. Ash, without a doubt, always takes the “High Road”, a classic gentleman that is needed in this day and age! I would highly recommend Ash to colleagues, and friends and seek out his advice for any future legal issues.

Results are what matter.
Ash was instrumental in my defense in a case earlier this year. He did a great job preparing - not just the background and legal bits that a good attorney should - but also preparing me to take the stand. We spent time going over the hard facts of the case, and when my date came up we were ready. While I was aware that anything can happen in court, any fears I might've had were put to rest in short order. Thanks to Ash's knowledge of the law, it was over and I effectively won before I could even be called to testify. Nobody wants to be involved in a civil case, but if I had to all over again, I would call Ash before I'd go anywhere else.

Foreclosure and breach of contract.
I was referred to Ash Dean to stop a foreclosure on our property -- a foreclosure that was triggered by the lender returning our payments and then asserting we were in default. Ash successfully stopped not only the first foreclosure but also the next four as the lender refused to accept payments and repeatedly asserted varying amounts that were allegedly due. Ash filed a complaint for breach of contract and initiated discovery requests asking the lender to account for how it reached its statements of default. The complaint and discovery requests finally got the lender's attention, and the matter was resolved in my favor.

Success! Success! & Success!
About a year ago, I was lost with trying to find a way to bring a foreign law suit to United States. Going through several dozens of lawyers for several years, I've encountered Ash through the last click on the list, BOY! Wasn't that the best CLICK I've had in years. We've gone through total of 2 trials and all of them were a success! Me being young and my mother being a foreigner, It wasn't the best chemistry for communication, but somehow it worked out well! Ash went through each process and explained what will happen if "some occurrence" might have happened and this was all pure confidence and knowledge. Him being confident, I wasn't worried at all. We still have A LOT of work to do, but I believe Ash will do the best, in his part, to fulfill my mother's dream of gaining her money back. Thanks Ash!

Great Result In Reckless Driving Case.
During our first meeting to discuss my reckless by speed charge (94/55), Mr. Dean expertly outlined our pre-trial strategy and the probable results I could expect based on his experience. When I was pulled over, the Police Officer explained that "jailtime was a distinct possibility." I had also read that individuals are often given one day of jail for every mile over 90mph in the county of my incident. My bad driving record would not help. At court, Mr. Dean displayed his trustworthiness at a crucial point by suggesting we continue the case even though that would require an additional uncompensated appearance from him. As as a result of his patience and strategy I did not serve any jail time and recieved far better results than I expected. I highly recommend Mr. Dean for traffic defense and suspect that he fares well in his other areas of law.

So glad Ash Dean was on my team!
I engaged Ash Dean to represent me against several charges filed by an overzealous Fairfax County Virginia police officer. During the trial, Mr. Dean skillfully and methodically presented evidence that this was a wrongful arrest. The end result was “not guilty” on all counts. Mr. Dean’s defense was so compelling, the judge actually reprimanded the police officer for his actions against me. I am forever grateful to Mr. Dean for his representation and enthusiastically recommend him for legal services.

Juvenile - Reckless Driving
Delighted that we chose Ashley C. Dean as our lawyer for our sons Reckless Driving Summons in Fairfax County Court. Mr. Dean was professional and offered great council to my son and our family. employment - non-compete clause
Mr. Dean was very friendly and proficient at solving my situation. I had a prior employer that I had signed a contract with that had a non-compete clause. After I was released from the company, they would not let me work anywhere in the tri-state area of VA, DC and MD. Very quickly he was able to get them to stop harassing me and open my employment opportunities back up. All the while, he was able to keep my cost low and reasonable. Highly recommend using him and his firm if you have any issues.
