Mr. Zenner helped me prepare and review my lease as I was getting a tenant in my home. He was very clear on the rules I would need to follow from the state law and city laws. He helped me feel confident that I was protected from leasing out my place and that I wasn't violating any regulations.

Amazing Attorney
Mr. Zenner is a great criminal defense lawyer. I had a warrant from an old DUI case and Mr. Zenner was able to help me quash my warrant and dismiss my case in less than a week. Definitely recommend Mr. Zenner to help you with your case.
