Ted Sink has spent most of his life connected to personal injury law and fighting for the rights of the injured. As early as 12 years old, Ted started working small jobs at a personal injury firm. It was there that he developed his driving passion for protecting the rights of the injured, and helping them achieve maximum recovery from insurance companies. Ted attended Yale University and worked in New York City before returning home to South Carolina to pursue his J.D. . While at law school, Ted was chosen to be President of the South Carolina Association for Justice group. He also won first place in a trial advocacy competition, against more than 50 other competitors, and he won distinction for Best Opening Statement, as well as Trial Advocacy Champion.

Great, compassionate hard working attorney!

I worked for Ted briefly in 2018 when he opened his practice as a paralegal. I was ending a 40 yr. career, while he was just beginning his. An Excellent Attorney!!

Ted law firm is an awesome TEAM! I was involved in an accident and called his previous firm he worked at..He later called me and said he was starting his own business, I told him i wanted him to handle my case because he was so kind and always calling me to inform me about my case and asking me about my family and grands.He is very informative about your case, believe it or not but when i called Ted it was because i missed a call from him he even texted me to inform me he had called and to give updates.This is the kind of attorney every one would want to be in their corner when you have legal issues.
