Would certainly hire again
Mr Carter was very helpful to me with my legal issues, particularly as it concerned employment contracts and non-compete covenants. While certainly competent, Mr Carter is an exemplary professional, with timely, friendly, and very insightful recommendations. We quickly accomplished my legal objectives, and without major complications. I would recommend Mr Carter to anyone seeking legal advice with their business.

Honest and Fair - a real professional!
Even before our first meeting with Mr. Carter, he was responsive via email and asked to review our documents ahead of time in preparation for our meeting. When we did have our meeting, surprisingly he had read the material and was well prepared, offering useful and varied solutions depending on different scenarios. What we didn't understand, he explained using common terminology. Our time was spent efficiently and effectively. We left feeling hopeful and with a direction - a very different feeling than when we walked into the meeting. We found Mr. Carter to be honest, fair, and easy to work with - a real professional.
