Danielle Irene B. Snead

Ms. Snead failed to do an extremely important step in my pending divorce. She DID NOT file the paperwork with the court asserting infidelity, domestic violence and financial abuse. In our hearing, she dropped another ball over QRDO accounts. And, she took advantage of my fragile state of mind and ask...ed to withdraw from my case, leaving me with no one to navigate 401k accounts, pensions, retirement accounts, spousal and child support. Shame. I guarantee she knows who submitted this review.

I hired Danielle as my attorney for child custody when she worked at Livesay & Myers back in 2017, She now works at Rinehart Bryant PLLC. She has handled my very complex case with extreme care and prestige while being there with me at the hardest points in my life. She is quick in the courtroom an...d sticks to the facts that matter. She will tell you the things you need to know that you don’t wanna hear. She will not coddle you and keeps her relationship with you professional. Her closing statement will bring you to tears, at least they did for me. She is not cheap but is a very good lawyer I would recommend her to anyone!

When I interviewed Ms. Snead, I was very clear that I wanted my divorce to include grounds of adultery, financial and emotional abuse against my husband. I repeatedly sent information to her about his abusive behavior and requested she contact my former attorney for statements from witnesses and othe...r documents. Not only did she NOT do what I asked, she failed to file the adultery charge, emotional abuse charge and financial abuse charge. In addition, after the divorce she asked to withdraw from my case because she said she did not know how to do QDROs. This was in 2017. I am still dealing with my ex's abuse and have yet to settle the QDRO's because I have been unable to afford legal representation. I could have had a much better result in my divorce and have it all behind me, but I am still dealing with my ex in Circuit Court and JDR Court. Had she been honest from the start and told me that she would not file charges and that she did not know how to handle QDROs, I would have found another attorney to legally represent me.

I'm glad Danielle was my lawyer and not my ex-husband's! After several long years of begging my previous attorneys to be aggressive with my ex and getting frustrated with their timidity, I finally found what I was looking for in Danielle. She's a brilliant lawyer, quick on her feet in the courtroom, ...and doesn't hesitate or think twice about what course of action to take. My ex took me to court every year, filing ridiculous show causes against me and with previous attorneys I felt like I lost a little more each time. Not so with Danielle! I finally won and my ex is gone for good now. I wholeheartedly recommend her for any divorce, custody, visitation or child support matter.

My experience with Ms. Snead has been first rate, top notch. She practices the law, she is not your counselor and she focuses on facts and information that a judge will care about. Divorce and custody is a difficult emotional ride; Ms. Snead was able to cut to the chase and help me focus on the fac...ts that mattered in court and filter out all other BS. She talks a little fast because, she is full of energy, keep up and you will do great. Even more impressive is Ms Snead's courtroom presence. She is direct and to the point, not hostile toward the other party and allows the facts to surface without badgering witnesses. I believe any judge woudl appreciate this quality. Absolutely impressed with how she conducted herself in a court of law!! In my case, the other party hired some 'hot shot' attorney and thought they had a slam dunk case. Ms Snead and I methodically put together our testimony based on facts that mattered to a judge, not hearsay and emotion. The case was a very tough and odd ball case for a judge but we presented all the facts that pertained and left off irrelevant information. She may not be for you if you want to be coddled by your attorney throughout the divorce or custody. However, if you know what you want and need a poised professional in your corner come the day for court, you will not go wrong with hiring Ms Snead to represent you! At a minimum, consult with her early so the other party does not hire her. I would not want to go against her in a court of law.
