His seller pitch is great and i m glad i hired him as a lawyer. He built the trust from day one and took good care of me. I also liked his personality and although he tells you the literal expectation you might face - which are terrifying- he does work solutions for you all the way from the start to... end. Oh! and another important thing: he is not greedy and has a straightforward contract not hiding additional fees as others do. He also knows his job very well and i personally prefer seeing doctors with more than 30 years of experience because experience is important when you face such major things as a health risk or background records getting tainted by a misdemeanor traffic violation (had a speed ticket of +85) . They say law doesn t protect you if you don t know how to protect yourself. So better be careful because anything you say at court could be used negatively against you. I would definitely recommend him whenever i can and chose to do so here today because he worked my case with zeal and the case was solved with less damage to my records and financial circumstances. he deserve thumbs up

Ron was referred to me by a friend when I got my first and only DUI. He was a calming force in a difficult time and helped to get my charges dropped and others reduced significantly. There couldn't have been a better outcome to my case and I owe it all to Mr. Smith. He is the man you want on your sid...e. He has years of experience, is respected by officials and is extremely knowledgable. I'm so grateful to have been referred to him and can not recommend him high enough. Hiring Mr. Smith was a mistake. I was charged with filing a false police report pertaining to a domestic dispute with my brother. During the first session, he was emphatic about how the police were probably lying, and he seemed to have a strategy in place. As the case proceeded, he started to ass...ign blame to me; he accused me of changing my story, and showed a lack of empathy (and none of the facts changed). It's as if after the retainer, his zeal for the case just disappeared over night. He was late to court, and he struck a poor plea bargain with prosecutors. The charge was amended to another Class 1 misdemeanor, and I got community service, and an arrest record that now cannot be expunged. At the day of trial, he said he thought he could win the case, but then qualified that by saying that "they really don't like you." He also acted as if the case didn't matter at all to him--he told me "it is your life." I began questioning whether he was on my side, or their side. Of course, instilling that type of fear in me compelled me to just reach a plea agreement, when in hindsight, this case should have gone to trial. And the prosecution had no evidence, and I have a spotless criminal record. Hire a lawyer that is willing to fight for you if you think the charges are without merit. There is too much at stake to hire someone that just wants to scare you into reaching a plea agreement with a zealous county prosecutor.
