terrific

His seller pitch is great and i m glad i hired him as a lawyer. He built the trust from day one and took good care of me. I also liked his personality and although he tells you the literal expectation you might face - which are terrifying- he does work solutions for you all the way from the start to... end. Oh! and another important thing: he is not greedy and has a straightforward contract not hiding additional fees as others do. He also knows his job very well and i personally prefer seeing doctors with more than 30 years of experience because experience is important when you face such major things as a health risk or background records getting tainted by a misdemeanor traffic violation (had a speed ticket of +85) . They say law doesn t protect you if you don t know how to protect yourself. So better be careful because anything you say at court could be used negatively against you. I would definitely recommend him whenever i can and chose to do so here today because he worked my case with zeal and the case was solved with less damage to my records and financial circumstances. he deserve thumbs up

Charged with DUI

Understandably Mr Smith explained how serious the charges were, yet he knew what a horrible mistake I made driving under the influence Mother’s Day 2019. He had my back, I’m forever grateful !

Great attorney! He continues to work your case until the judge has banged the gavel.

I hired Ron Smith for a first offense DWI, refusal, reckless driving, and simple possession of mari. He layed out every possible outcome for me in layman terms so I could understand exactly what I was facing. He will lay out exactly what you need to do before you go before the judge. Just follow his ...instructions. He was very adamant about going to trial the entire time leading up to the day of. But, at the end of the day it is your ultimate decision on which route you want to take. He will lay the best option in front of you before you walk into that courtroom. In my situation I couldn’t afford to gamble a loss of license for a year because of the refusal charge. He got me the best deal possible in my case. I plead to the dwi but all other charges were dismissed. Very knowledgable and known in the courthouse.

Great Attorney

I am glad I hired Mr. Smith, he was very clear and easy to talk to, laid down the facts and possible outcomes. Reduced my reckless driving charge to a minor speeding ticket and a small fine. I could not ask for a better attorney, he is top notch.

AMAZING

I'm writing this in my car after my court case ecstatic as ever ! Mr. Smith really gave me results I didn't believe I'd see ! I had an improper lane change that resulted in an accident being COMPLETELY DROPPED ! We discussed possibly getting it down to failure to pay time and attention or some sort d...ue to my specific situation . I was on driving probation and any charge reported to the DMV would result in a reset ! I'm due to be off this august and I've been on probation for a year and three months so this case meant a lot to me! My record was also not in the best of shapes ! ( -10 ) I explained my concerns to him and he told me not to worry and we'd come up with something . BUT THIS WAS TOTALLY UNEXPECTED AND I WANTED TO CRY WHEN HE TOLD ME WHAT HE DID. I can't thank Mr. Smith and his friendly staff for getting me through this and lifting a heavy burden off my chest. I'm not the one to really write reviews but with this outcome, I felt obligated ! His prices are very reasonable and he's great to talk and get along with . If you have any traffic violations, he's your guy !!!!

"I endorse this lawyer, having had the pleasure of knowing him for nearly 15 years. Ron Smith is a courthouse legend. He knows that law better than most lawyers, and is a lifelong student of American jurisprudence. Ron is a rare lawyer who studies the law not only for his job, but also because he is personally interested in it and enjoys discussing it on the highest intellectual level. He has an unsurpassed amount of instutional knowledge (how the courthouse runs, special programs for clients, tendencies of judges and prosecutors, etc.). Ron is very direct- unlike some lesser lawyers, Ron's manner is not to coddle and fret about appeasing feelings. Instead, he honestly lays out pertinent facts, issues, and arguments. Because he tells people what they NEED to hear (not what they want to hear), and given his 30+ YEARS experience fighting in the courtroom for his clients, Ron Smith is an attorney I would recommend to anyone."
