I hired Mr. Smith to represent me in a criminal traffic case. I was definitely expecting worse penalties than what the outcome of the case ultimately was. Was issued a reckless driving by speed ticket back in July. At the time, I had no idea that in Virginia that is considered a misdemeanor (which means criminal record and possible jail time).
