Probation violation
Best lawyer I’ve had so far, I was recommend to Mr. Smith threw a friend as I shall do the same if there is ever a colleague in need. True miracle worker, I was able to continue my life without going to jail simply by following all the steps and procedures that he provided me with. 5stars hands down,...

Reckless Driving Charge
Second offense reckless, 85 in 55 in Fairfax County. Used Mr Smith both times. The recent one, Mr Smith listened to my story and then advised me on pre-court things to do. He was with me at courtgot the prosecutor to reduce charges to speeding.

Will follow your case through to the end
Ron is a very dedicated lawyer who is good at what he does. Even after my case was continued, leaving more for him to process, he proceeded to work with me free of charge until all charges were dropped. His vast connections and negotiation skills enable him to work with prosecutors and police alike t...

Outstanding Representation
I hired Mr. Smith to represent me in a criminal traffic case. I was definitely expecting worse penalties than what the outcome of the case ultimately was. "I endorse this lawyer. I have seen Ron around the court for years. He always seem to be well prepared and do a nice job!"
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Mr. Smith for many years. He knows the law and how to work his cases well. He does not hesitate to fight for the best possible outcome for his clients."
"I endorse this lawyer, having had the pleasure of knowing him for nearly 15 years. Ron Smith is a courthouse legend. He knows that law better than most lawyers, and is a lifelong student of American jurisprudence. Ron is a rare lawyer who studies the law not only for his job, but also because he is personally interested in it and enjoys discussing it on the highest intellectual level. He has an unsurpassed amount of instutional knowledge (how the courthouse runs, special programs for clients, tendencies of judges and prosecutors, etc.). Ron is very direct- unlike some lesser lawyers, Ron's manner is not to coddle and fret about appeasing feelings. Instead, he honestly lays out pertinent facts, issues, and arguments. Because he tells people what they NEED to hear (not what they want to hear), and given his 30+ YEARS experience fighting in the courtroom for his clients, Ron Smith is an attorney I would recommend to anyone."
