Naturally I’m a good kid but I’ve had my run in is. I caught myself in some trouble passing through Virginia that seemed like I would not get out of easy. I had never before hired a Lawyer to help me on a case before gee am I glad I found Mr. Crowley. I had a couple options previously and with Matthe...ws reviews I was applaud by his reviews. But you know when you see a promotional commercial and it’s never as good as it was promoted to be ? Well Matthew R. Crowley was that and more ! I contacted Mr. Crowley and felt the support and concern he gave my case. Even in the consultation prior to me hiring him he was openly detailed and helpful. With that being said, I let him know after the consultation that I didn’t have any money at the time. Some lawyers would have thought you wasted their time and wouldn’t respond to you even when you came up with the money. But no Mr. Crowley was very understanding! He worked with me and wasn’t too busy or nonchalant for me to hire him when I came up with the money. On my case he was very strategic and precise with how he handled my case. I didn’t have to say anything in court. Both of my charges were dismissed. Mr. Crowley is the epitome of a professional yet people’s lawyer and if you’re in need contact. Him !

Where to begin, I was facing criminal charges - 3 counts of petty larceny, all three were my first offense. I called a ton of law firms from reviews that I found online and it was a Saturday, I think that’s an important detail. He was the first law firm to call me back on a weekend within an hour of ...my call even though he had no obligation to. We spoke for about 45 minutes and going into the conversation I felt that there was no hope for me. I’ll add that it’s a free consultation up to 60 minutes I believe, but I didn’t need the full hour. There was a softness and comfort that his voice carried and I knew immediately he was the right attorney for me. Mind you that many other attorney offices called me back and I did not for a second regret my choice. He was able to make a financial contract simple and easy for me which I very much appreciated with three payments. After signing the contract he made time for me to meet at his office well before my court date just to give me additional comfort and advice which I can’t express how much that helped me psychologically and emotionally. This meeting may have seemed irrelevant as he did not yet know what evidence there was against me, but it gave me great comfort to put a name to a face and it gave him the perspective of the person he was representing. I took every single advice offered and put in my side of the work. This is imperative, ANY advice he gives you should not be taken lightly and even though he’s defending you, you need to do your part of the work as well. Upon reaching the court date, he was there at my side so that I didn’t have to speak and he defended me. He gave me all my possible options to give me the best chance. In the end, he was able to get all the charges dismissed which is equivalent to being found not guilty. Even following the end of this outcome he still gave me additional legal advice about my next steps moving forward which I appreciated immensely. I would also like to note his professionalism and his quick response whether that be through email or text. He was disposable to me at any time I wished to speak or ask questions even through his busy schedule. I felt that I was in good hands and I’m happy to say that I was right. His firm was helpful and friendly. If you’re facing criminal charges in the Fairfax County district I highly recommend Matthew Crowley, he has been practicing for I believe 14 years—he knows the jurisdiction well and every Fairfax prosecutor in it.
