Reckless Driving & Improper Lane Change in Fairfax County

Though I felt I had a legitimate reason to speed passed a dangerous driver who was actively texting AND looking down at her phone multiple times resulting in her car swerving from lane to lane... I got hit with a 67mph in a 35mph zone in FF county. The officer was matter of fact and listened to my s...tory but still issued the tickets to me. A classic case of "I caught you speeding... I did not see her texting and swerving". After getting the tickets, I contacted Mr. Green. This is the 2nd time I used Garrett Green. The first time was in 2017 (reckless driving) and I was able to have the charge dropped so I used Mr. Green again for this infraction. Mr. Green was available to me by phone and email... answering all of my questions (I contacted him three separate times before my hearing). He gave me a detailed list of things he needed from me to help in my case, and he was professional and patient with each communication. Mr. Green was able to have the reckless driving charge dropped with me ended up with a non-speeding violation with a minimal fine and court costs. A blessing, for sure. I was very happy with the outcome and overall experience. While I hope I don't need to hire Mr. Green a third time due to my poor driving habits... I absolutely would hire him again, if needed, to help in reducing my driving charge and lessen the fine. Mr. Green - I appreciate you and your service.

DUI Arrest reduced to Reckless Driving - Excellent Outcome!

I was arrested in May 2022 for a DUI and fairly high BAC, which resulted in a serious traffic accident. I had never been arrested, nor received a traffic violation of any kind for over 9 years. He was compassionate in handling my case, and provided outstanding counsel on the actions I should take in ...advance of my court date to show the judge that this high-risk behavior was a one-time occurrence that I will never repeat. He was able to have my arrest and conviction reduced to reckless driving. His rates were very reasonable, and he responded to all my questions during the four months while awaited trial. Top Notch

Called Garrett's law office and had a great initial conversation. He assisted with a speeding ticket and was able to have it reduced to a non-moving no point infraction with no fines. Communication was terrific and I would use him again in the future and highly recommend his services.
