Reckless driving in Fairfax, Virginia? He is the lawyer you want!

I cannot thank Mr. Green enough for everything he did for my case. My case was particularily bad (102 in a 70 Reckless). First of all, Mr. Green returned my initial phone call despite it being a Friday afternoon. I already felt like I was in good hands with him from the initial conversation alone. I ...hired him and paid the retainer fee the next day (yes, a Saturday). He sends you the contract and sets you up on CLEO (online document uploader and comminication system for lawyers and clients). He sends you a recommendation list of everything you can do to help yourself depending on what your case is. As for communication, it was more than excellent. Any questions/ concerns that you have will always be responded to. I sent him a good amount of texts while I was working on the recommendation to-do list he sent me and I always got a response (whether by phone call or text). The court date was a breeze. I was in by assigned courtroom listening in on the other cases while he was in the waiting room negotiating with police officers and the Commonwealth Attorney (the prosecutor). His cases are reserved to their own special pile. The judge happened to be his next door neighbor (what are the odds?! haha). I went to court facing a misdemeanor Reckless Driving charge. I walked out with an Improper Driving infraction (no jail, no license suspension, only a 3 point hit). Mr.Green is the attorney you want representing in traffic court. Best $1000 I ever spent.

succesful outcome

Mr.Green did a fantastic job representing me in court while I was at work. He was able to get my ticket for failure to yield on a left turn (4 DMV demerit points) to failure to pay attention (0 points). He uses an online portal for uploading all forms and was very responsive with answering his phon...e/text message. Reasonably priced and very happy with outcome. I would definitely recommend him! Thank you!

Speeding Case

Mr. Green did a wonderful job. It was not the first, but the second time for me. He is super professional and knowledgeable. He explained the ticket for me line by line. I'm super happy with the results. Thank you Mr. Green!

Excellent Results, Very Convenient and Extremely Professional!

Last minute I decide to hire an attorney who was a referral from a good friend, who happens to be an attorney as well. His referral was unable to attend my case due to the 24 hour notice but he referred me over to Mr. Green and his team. As soon as Mr. Green answered my call I knew he was the attor...ney for me, he's call was warm and very informative. He gave me the tools I needed to execute in just a 10 hour notice, together we put this plan in place and he had everything he needed for court. The best part is I didn't have to show up to court, which would have taken away from my productive work day. The next morning he calls with with great news, my 66/45 was reduced to a failure to pay full attention (not sure what that even is but I'll take it) a zero point offense. I'm extremely pleased with how Mr. Green made me feel at ease with this matter, highly recommended!!!!
