Good Value for Phenomenal DUI Defense

Mr. Green kept me informed and never got my hopes high about this case, in other words I was never mislead by any overly optimistic information. Even after I admitted everything willingly to the officer at the scene and set myself up for a concrete conviction, Mr. Green made an outstanding defense in... court which involved diminishing the validity of the evidence against me. In the end, the judge ruled me not guilty because of lack of sufficient evidence. Mr. Green is extremely knowledgeable of the DUI law. I have learned my lesson and will never have to see him again, but if I ever find myself with a second DUI i know where I would go.

reckless driving 85/55

Mr. Green did an excellent service on my behalf. He successfully negotiated a traffic infraction for me for an offense of reckless driving two days ago and am very happy with the outcome. Peace of Mind

Mr. Green represented me on a reckless driving traffic violation in Fairfax County. Although my driving record was clean, I was extremely concerned about the potential consequences of this charge and the impacts it might have upon my family and career. Mr. Green's intimate knowledge of the local ju...dicial system ensured that my case was treated fairly and received the best possible outcome. He provided very detailed and methodical steps for me to complete on my end. His work on my case provided me peace of mind throughout the process. I would strongly recommend Mr. Green to anyone faced with charges of similar nature in Fairfax County.

Results a less experienced lawyer could not duplicate.

Mr. Green's familiarity with not only the relevant law, but the judge, the prosecutor, and even prior interactions between the judge and prosecutor involved in my case produced an outcome that less-experienced lawyer could not possibly have achieved. After declining what I considered an unacceptabl...e plea offer in my reckless driving case, I had to choose between moving for a continuance, or proceeding to trial with a rarely-tested legal argument to which few judges would likely be sympathetic. Mr. Green and his partner, Luke Nichols, however, knew the judge assigned to my case was one of the most likely to accept the argument. Knowing I would not have to pay extra for an appeal, I decided to proceed to trial. After negotiating from an improved position based on the legal argument, I was ultimately convicted of only a speeding infraction in lieu the original misdemeanor reckless driving charge. I practice federal criminal law and without Mr. Green's counsel, would have a criminal record of my own. I would strongly recommend Nichols & Green to anyone charged with a serious traffic offense in Northern Virginia.

Top Notch Representation

I was facing a Reckless Driving charge (86/55), and after receiving letters from numerous law firms, I received Mr. Nichols' book on the subject. Since I have never hired a lawyer before, this informative book gave me confidence that Nichols and Green were a solid firm. I'm very happy with my choic...e. Mr. Green represented me and helped me throughout the process. He didn't sugarcoat my options, but he was very knowledgeable and happy to share information with me. I truly felt like he was an advocate for me each step of the way. On Dec. 4th I received a favorable judgment, having my Reckless charge reduced to a "Failure to Obey Highway Sign."
