Top Notch Representation

I was facing a Reckless Driving charge (86/55), and after receiving letters from numerous law firms, I received Mr. Nichols' book on the subject. Since I have never hired a lawyer before, this informative book gave me confidence that Nichols and Green were a solid firm. I'm very happy with my choic...e. Mr. Green represented me and helped me throughout the process. He didn't sugarcoat my options, but he was very knowledgeable and happy to share information with me. I truly felt like he was an advocate for me each step of the way. On Dec. 4th I received a favorable judgment, having my Reckless charge reduced to a "Failure to Obey Highway Sign." Thank you, Mr. Green! You are a pro, and I was fortunate to have you represent me.

Miracle Worker

I am not sure I can put into words just how thankful I am to have had Mr. Green represent me. He was able to have my 1st time DUI offense reduced to reckless driving with restricted license, against two difficult cops and an unfavorable judge. This incredible result comes after my previous represen...tation told me the best I could hope for was a DUI charge with no jail time! Throughout the entire legal process, he made me feel as if he was personally invested in my case and as concerned of the potential negative effects on me as I was. He always made himself available to me and answered every question and concern I ever raised. That dedication provided me great comfort and assurance. He was always forthcoming about all potential outcomes and prepared me well for each court appearance. Having witnessed him at work in the court room, I am certain his expertise and negotiation skills are unparalleled. His familiarity with Fairfax judges and prosecutors is critically advantageous. Perhaps most importantly, he enthusiastically and persistently fought for my case and my rights. He is incredibly reasonably priced and the fact that he does not charge for the first appeal is a crucial bargaining chip to have. My outcome exceeded my expectations and I could not be more satisfied or impressed with Mr. Green's expertise, strategy and representation. You cannot go wrong with him.

Best Criminal Defense

Attorney Green was very professional and made the process very easy and got the prosecutor to drop the charges. Now, I do not worry about having something on my record. Green made everything understandable, gave me pros and cons of my case and the possible outcome. I HIGHLY recommend Attorney Green ...for any case.

The Best Traffic Lawyer!!! He will work hard to get you results you can sleep with

Would I recommend this lawyer?? "DONT LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT" that's what comes to my mind when I think about Mr. Green. On October 23, 2013 in the Fairfax County General District Court, I had a hearing regarding my Failure to stop at the Scene of an accident charge. After negotiations with the Co...mmonwealth, Mr. Green was able to get my case amended to a Failure to pay full time and attention conviction. This is a victory because they were able to reduce my charge from a 6 point Criminal Misdemeanor to a 0 point traffic infraction. Before this, I could not sleep, I was scared, my job was on the line, my freedom i was facing Jail time. What I like about Mr. Green is not only does he know the law, but he is a very endearing, compassionate, empathetic man. i would not want to be in the trenches with anybody but him. You cant go wrong. He knows the Judges, he knows the ends and out of the legal team you are facing. This man is a 10 out of 10 Lawyer!
