Mr. Wall is the go to lawyer if you're in trouble in Fairfax County. He turned a hellish experience that seemed like the end of the world into a hopeful one. Many lawyers will tell you what you wanna hear. Carlos will give it to you straight. it will be scary as in any case when you're in trouble wit...h the law but rest assured, he'll do his best and most likely work his magic for you. I was facing a felony charge with priors and somehow got me the best possible outcome (dismissal). Not every case is the same but this dude is top notch. he will ask you about your immigration status if you're not a citizen yet and consult with immigration lawyers on your behalf to give you the best outcome possible. I was charged with three criminal offenses that could of landed me in jail for a while, and a subsequent traffic offense related to the first three. My charges were possession with intent to distribute marijuana, and possession with intent to distribute meth amphetamine, and contributing to the delin...quency of a minor. I first met Mr.Wall while incarcerated at Fairfax County Jail. I was taken back by his young appearance and age but even more so in his knowledge of the legal system and his credentials. It was clear to me really quickly that when it came to defense attorneys(ive dealt with quite a few in the past) he was the cream of the crop. I couldn't believe it because that deal carried no jail time, probation time, or loss of license but a simple $250 fine. Carlos represented me at a reckless driving case recently and I couldn't be more pleased with his service. Carlos has mastered the law and I have never witnessed such a fantastic rebuttal to a DUI charge that before this I believed had no chance of being dismissed. Carlos won't guarantee you anything and it may be tough to get constant updates on your case, but from my experience and outcome I can guarantee that he will take your case seriously.
