Mr. Wall is the go to lawyer if you're in trouble in Fairfax County. He turned a hellish experience that seemed like the end of the world into a hopeful one. Many lawyers will tell you what you wanna hear. Carlos will give it to you straight. it will be scary as in any case when you're in trouble wit...h the law but rest assured, he'll do his best and most likely work his magic for you. I was facing a felony charge with priors and somehow got me the best possible outcome (dismissal). Not every case is the same but this dude is top notch. he will ask you about your immigration status if you're not a citizen yet and consult with immigration lawyers on your behalf to give you the best outcome possible. I spoke with 4 other lawyers and none of them asked me about my immigration status, but he did. All in all, I'm glad I retained Mr. Wall's and The Gordon Law Firm's services because they are truly the best at what they do and priced very reasonably. All it takes a Google search and you'll find that Mr. Wall has been involved in some high profile cases in the area and is said to be one of the best and high rising stars in his field. I knew I was in great hands when he stood by me in front of the Judge. The prosecutor and Judge both respected the guy. if you're in trouble, hire this dude.

I was charged with possession of marijuana (first time offense) last year. My goal was to avoid the 251 program and to hopefully get the charge dropped. There was video evidence which didn’t really work in my favor but I still had high hopes because I was wrongly accused. The final outcome was accept...ing a plea bargain for possession of paraphernalia. It was the best deal possible at the time considering that the prosecutors and officer were obstinate and difficult to work with. Luck was not on my side. Overall, I was not happy with the result because this amendment didn’t allow for expungement. I did not want this charge on my record as it could affect future employment. I was devastated and thought that this was it. I made a couple of phone calls and ended up speaking with Carlos who gave me detailed instructions on how to appeal my case. After appealing my case, I contacted countless lawyers based on reviews and experience to handle my case. Keep in mind that not all lawyers handle appeal cases and if they do, they are expensive. I even met with the “best” (according to AVVO) but they were ridiculously priced. With only one week away from my motions hearing date I finally met with Carlos - the man who originally gave me guidance on how to appeal my case. He was accommodating and kind enough to meet with me right before office closing time because I was coming from a town 2 hours away. The office is conveniently located by the courthouse with ample parking space. The secretary is very nice and very quick with emails. Carlos is laid back, honest, self-assured and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly reviewed the video clip with me and took detailed notes. I had a good feeling about this man. He recommended that we go for a bench trial and assured that he would do the best he can to help me. His price was also very reasonable considering what other lawyers were charging for appeal cases. I really wanted this charge to be dropped/dismissed (seemed near impossible based on the impression I got from other lawyers) and made so that it could be expunged from my record. Guess what? This man made it happen. We went to circuit court two times. First time was to set a trial date which took 5 minutes in the courtroom. A week before the trial date, he called me and told me that my case was dismissed (Nolle prosequi)! I couldn’t believe it! I don’t know what kind of magic he performed but he made my wish come true. On the day of the trial, we were in and out of the courtroom in a matter of 10 minutes. The circuit court was like second nature to him. This man knows his stuff and I highly recommend him. I hired him again to expunge the dismissed charge for me. Thank you Carlos for getting me the best possible outcome and making this a fast and painless experience for me! Note: My advice to people here is to not overlook lawyers that don’t have a lot of reviews. What matters is quality over quantity. Meet with them and give them a chance.

Hat’s off to Carlos Wall he saved my…life. The advice given today was honest and reassuring. Today had to be one of the worst days of my life. On my way to work I hit a pot hole that ruined my tires and rims. After spending the entire morning getting that resolved and a few hundred dollars later ...($625.00), I was finally on my way back to work. While driving back to work I was being paced by an unmarked black mustang, Virginia’s Finest, pulls me over and gives me a traffic ticket. Fortunately for me I called Carlos Wall. His advice was priceless. His phone consultation was FREE and I waited maybe 1 minute for him to get on the line…and he gave me the best advice I had heard all day. I got into trouble in Virginia during my 6 months stay there and was charged with DUI. I was very stressed and had no clue what to do. I decided to get a help from a lawyer and happened to call one. He was old and asked 1500 to represent me at the court. I was hopeful and paid him half the amount. So...on after my first appearance at the court he asked me to plea guilty and not to repeat the mistake again. I was so helpless that time. I was charged with reckless speeding in Fairfax when I was hurrying to the Dulles Airport, it is a very serious offense in VA, and it is a Class 1 Misdemeanor. There are so many lawyers who practice traffic defense and it is impossible to know which one would fit my need, i called many different law ...offices in Fairfax, they took my information but never return my call in a timely manner, however, when Carlos's law assist took my information, I believe Carlos called me back very soon and give me a very long, detailed consultation.
